McDonald's — Restaurant in Burton

The employee were unprofessional when serving food when I was handed my dessert it fell into my hands and onto the counter after her being handed to me and then after that the employee gives me a cup I had to step away from the counter to clean off my hand and the employee takes my receipt and throws it away when I got back employee said that if I was going to be rude and have attitude when the only thing I was asking for was a cup before it felt in my hand that I can leave and she took my receipt so I wouldn't be able to get a refund for the ice cream I wasn't even able to eat because it was unsanitary then when I requested her name to file a complaint with corporate she was giving me attitude as well as the other customers were being very rude towards me and they were allowed to be rude towards me for a house just asking for her name they let the other customers be rude and aggressive towards me if you don't mind being disrespected by employees and customers I guess you can eat here but can't guarantee your food would be sanitary...

McDonald's is one of those places that can go good or bad real quick. I truly think that McDonald's has great food but it depends on the staff if it is going to taste good or not. For example a Mc chicken. Sounds good unless they have old chicken or use too much mayo. Then you get someone to wrap it up by wrestling it. Then it comes out all smashed up. In contrast if the employee uses a nice piece of chicken and the set amount of mayo then wraps it gently then you have a delicious sandwich. Unfortunately the majority of my interactions have been the aggressive type and have left me with a sour attitude. Now that doesn't mean that I won't go because when they get it right its so good! Obviously McDonald's will be around forever and ever because they have too much money not to and also because they change with the times. Overall it is a safe place to go for food...

I went through the drive through at 10:15am , came up to the window, was told to wait. At 10:28am, I still had yet to be greeted for my order, so I pulled up to the front window because I couldn’t hear anything. The woman at the window was not nice. She rolled her eyes and huffed, asking for our order. I told her my breakfast code and then she looked at me saying “we no longer serve breakfast” with an attitude. There was not a single person in front of us the whole time we sat in front of the ordering window. This was ridiculous and should not be allowed just because they no longer wanted to serve breakfast 15 to 10:30am. My order could have been placed, paid and given to me within 15 minutes we sat out at there. I then told her so that’s why you didn’t place my order, so you could move to lunch and I left.
