Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Butler

Ordered a pizza for delivery. They delivered us a pizza with NO CHEESE! When we tried to have it fixed, they said they were sending a corrected pizza but then the got canceled... seriously??!! we called 4 times only to be put on hold 12-15 min each time. FINALLY got the manager RYAN TAYLOR on the phone who told me there was an issue with the app and to call corporate. Said he could make the same order for free but in order to add cheese he'd have to ring up a new pizza (gave me 2 different prices for said said pizza). I asked ok, well can't I just pay for the cheese. That wasn't an option. I keep telling him fixing this is basic customer service. My husband went to the store and he didn't act inappropriately but was obviously frustrated. They literally started threatening to call the cops. This place sucks. The people and customer service are HORRIBLE at best. I love their pizza but unless another Domino's comes to my area I won't get did from here again. It's funny how there's soooo many 1 star reviews for similar things. To RYAN: YOU sir are what's wrong with the world today. You are not...

Ordered a MEDIUM supreme/ deluxe thin crust pizza with garlic dipping sauce. Wasn't told the total over the phone when I placed the order. Delivery driver arrived, and I was shocked when she handed me a receipt for $28! With tip, my total came to $34 for a MEDIUM pizza and garlic sauce, which is insane! Brought the pizza inside and not only did they forget the garlic sauce, but the pizza was freezing cold!

A week later I was telling this to my friends and they couldn't believe a MEDIUM pizza came to that much. They looked it up on the app, and it was $14 for the pizza and $1.50 for the two sauces, so it looks like I was charged almost double. Will never order from this location again. But don't take it from me, look at the other reviews for this location before you decide to order here. So many other (better) pizza places in the area to choose from. Unless, paying $34 for a cold MEDIUM pizza without sauce...

Half the time we order a customized speciality pizza (due to a sensitivity to one of the toppings usually included) it comes WITH the specified topping instead of WITHOUT. It’s been a hassle to call for replacement as the manager is a very unprofessional rude and nasty tempered guy. Wish we had recorded the call! Corporate was informed and they advised they had multiple complaints about him- but why won’t they do something to get rid of him? At least they gave us credit for a replacement. Still had to get something else for dinner those nights as we didn’t want to deal with the nastiness again. I pity anyone who has to work with him or feels his wrath as an unhappy customer! I don’t bother anymore just figured this last time was their last chance and it’s not worth it to keep ordering for a mediocre “free” pizza. Really no point to ordering here when this town has other options including...
