Wawa — Restaurant in Butler

Nothing makes anybody more mad than being lied to coming home from work about money being stolen from them at a convenience store. I fully understand that I should never have stepped away for two seconds to look at drinks from the ATM however, that is no right for the 6:45 PM manager to lie to my face after bringing another person in the office to look at the cameras to tell me no one stole my money from the ATM. I am a manager for a profession. I know when you’re bringing a second set of eyes you’re verifying something and that verification is meaning that you have concerns and think that it actually happened what I was saying so I was lied… Worst of all before telling me she didn’t think it got stolen. She literally asked the guy that she brought into double check everything. Hey, is he still out there? Yeah, I’m still out here. I heard everything I know that the money was stolen now thank you. It was the principal I’m not waiting around to file police...

Today I stopped by this Wawa and try to purchase some chicken bites and I realize the sauce was not next to them, when I ask for the sauce they informed me that the sauce is 89 cents wish I offered to pay right the way. Apparently the cashier was having a bad day and told me to go another machine to pay the 89 cents wish I refused and ask for a refund for the stuff previously purchased. The employee told me that he needs to get the manager to process my refund. The manager came out and instead of charge me for the sauce he proceeded to do a full refund. Is ridiculous to loose a customer over a dispute for 89 cents just horrible...

Screw this place. Out of the sixteen available gas pumps, The two attendants had it blocked off where they could only service four. After circling twice I was lucky enough to get a pump. I asked the attendant if all the pumps were broken. He told me they had to cone the other twelve pumps off because they were short one attendant. If that's how they run it, I say level it and put it in a Quick Check. This WaWa is a waste of space. The attendant accomplished his mission and convinced me to never return again. I recommend nobody shops here or tries to get gas. They are not pumping gas, but just pumping poor decisions and...
