Had been great. Last 2 times have not been great.
First time they messed up our order they gave us someone else's order (I didn't think to check it when I picked it up). We called in and they remade our order for free but I still had to drive back in to town to pick it up. No big deal mistakes happen.
Second time we ordered and were told 25 minutes. I went in to pick up and it wasn't ready yet. It took about 10 extra minutes (again no big deal). This time I checked my order before I left and the pizza wasn't correct. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the pizza to be remade correctly. Got home to eat it and it wasn't cut completely through.
Not thrilled with the customer service after the 2nd screw up.
Didn't come here for years. Needed a quick and easy meal. Got home and it's covered in an unholy amount of pepperoni. Whole stacks not even separated. Greasy mess went straight into the trash can. Don't waste...

I heard them talking about it but they did not say anything to me they served it to me as it is when I got back to the hotel I noticed it and I was very disappointed I lost half of my pizza. I am not from the area so I can't go back but I was very disappointed with this particular Papa Johns. Honesty is always the best policy had they explained it to me and probably threw me a bottle of soda I would have been fine but to just ignore and act like I'm stupid was very...
Read moreI love Papa John's pizza, and this trip was no exception. However, when I first entered the store not one single person had a mask. I was rung up by someone with no mask. The whole time I was waiting there was a gentleman making pizza with no mask. After I was already rung out, a woman who originally had no mask came back out with a mask on. In the middle of an exploding pandemic, any place serving food must be following the mask requirements of the state. I went home and reheated my pizza, just to make sure any possible virus was killed. I'm not taking chances. You want to risk your own life, so be it. Don't risk the...
