If you are local and want something quick and affordable, this would be a great option. Probably a good place to go if you need to feed a bunch of kids. They have solid deals on Fri/Sat. If you are looking for your favorite new pizza, I don’t know that this will be for you. The owners and employees are very nice! The amount of toppings is probably unmatched, like totally covered the entire pie! And the price is right. However, that crust is a crime. I don’t think I’ve ever had dry pizza until now. The bottom is so overdone it becomes dark and hard. There is not fluffy top crust at all. It just feels cheap overall, and I suspect they use a premade crust. I have heard that you need to ask for it “lightly done” to avoid the crust issue, and if we try this place again, I would likely try that! Overall, worth it for a quick easy meal on budget, but nothing to write home about.

Local family owned and operated business. Great low cost pizza. When you’re hungry, in a hurry, and eating out on a budget Penn Street Pizza is a fantastic option. Specials every Monday. S, M, L, XL (16 cut), and 24 cut options. S - XL pizza use a premade shell. The 24 cut pizza uses fresh hand tossed dough. A 24 cut hand tossed fresh dough pizza here costs less than a 12 cut pizza does elsewhere.

Idk if someone was having a bad day, but my salt wings were burnt and covered with charcoal bits like they dropped them in the bottom of a dirty oven and scrapped back out. Unedible.

Very disappointed. It definitely was a much better location while it was Fox’s and was still decent as their own brand. You have to take care of your guests and ensure quality is there especially with us all having to increase prices. If you do make an error or one is brought to your attention learn from it and make a correction. $42 spent and my pizzas were very burnt and I am certain they would have had to see that when removed from the oven. Either oven temp is to hot or it was forgot to long. Either way make it right and don’t be condescending with your guest. Like how much did you eat and we want it back and like I can take clear photos and have sent it there to them and regardless you need to apologize to your guest. Or guess what they won’t be back! No clients equals no business equals no pay or job! I’m a restaurant manager and understand when people are rude or make things up. This isn’t the case here. After being offered (2) Medium pizzas delivered and I did pick up and I ordered (2) Large and a Stromboli that was burnt but more edible, my 4 year old could not stick a metal fork in the cheese pizza it was so chewy hard and crusty burned. I felt the way they acted they would tamper with my food and I have a large family and kids I wasn’t risking that and we called back to say forget it because of it they were still rude. That’s a shame. Shame on the...

UPDATE: I tried this place again a few years after my initial review and I haven't had any problems with their service for some time now. Their Turkey Bacon Cheddar Wedgie is probably the best food to be found in Butler. All of my recent experiences with them were positive and tasty.

I ordered from these guys tonight and they screwed it up. I gave directions on which floor and door the driver should use, which were ignored.

I had ordered a 12" Turkey, Bacon, Cheddar Wedgie but they brought a 12" Turkey, Bacon, Cheddar Hoagie. Then the jerk on the phone started saying I had ordered the hoagie and that I was somehow wrong.

Who sells both a 12" TBC Wedgie and a 12" TBC Hoagie anyway? That's just a mixup waiting to happen.

I was asked if I wanted to order the wedgie but I didn't feel like waiting another hour so I just cancelled the order. I'm glad I was paying with cash so didn't have to deal with CC hassles.

Edit: Turns out they don't even sell a 12" TBC Hoagie. In fact, they don't sell any 12" hoagies at all. According to their online menu, all of their...

Well, the first time I ordered from this Fox's Pizza I attempted to order a steak and cheese wedgie with slightly different toppings than come with it (Italian dressing instead of mayo, no mild peppers...) and I was told this was somehow impossible. Not sure if the person taking the order was too lazy to customize my order or if this Fox's Pizza franchise owner is really is so dense they don't believe in making a customers order to their liking. So, tonight I go to order again, giving them their only second chance, I tried calling repeatedly between 11 PM and 11:30 PM to no avail. I now see just the level of laziness and/or lack of proper staffing that is the root of the poor service. This store was closing at 12 AM and the only reason I can see that nobody would answer a phone ringing constantly would be they didn't want to have to make my order. Not ordering here again in the...
