Mr Cory bought subways down in Florida and dosnt like to hear the truth he is very nasty and a lies like a rug my mother quit his poor managed team and I wrote a bad review on the subway surveys pretending to be a customer to see what kinda of management they run and no questions asked said they fired the employee (she quit) and put her name and information to a (random customer I seen how long it took before they could figure out it was not a customer about 2 weeks and I didnt make it hard you even looked up my Facebook admiring my beautiful car im sure your still making payments) good luck removing my reviews I am a guide for google and they will not remove mine but hey I reported your im more senior on google your nothing but a subway owner and please have clean restaurants CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL THEY HAVE MOLD GROWING ON THE BREAD AND SERVE TO CUSTOMERS and have employees smoking marijuana on premises and encouraging it saying do it away from the building and then those employees handle food very nasty none of the vegetables are properly washed, the meatballs are supposed to be thrown away every 4 hours Mr Cory likes to save money and keep them for days until they look nasty he just has his managers change the dates no care for customers at all someone will get sick eating at your subway restaurants do your self a favor and don’t eat at the subway owned by Cory esprit don’t go to any subway in highlands county Florida very...

When you order online here or any Subway in this area, you never know what you're going to get. This used to be my go to Subway. There was a blonde lady who made my sandwiches perfect and they were always done on time. Depending on who is working, the food and service can be less than adequate and I always tip when using the app. I like a lot of lettuce. Lettuce is cheap. The app gives the option of getting more lettuce on a sandwich. So why do I get very little lettuce when I order my sandwich with more lettuce? Especially since I don't get cheese so that would more than make up for it. I get a veggie sandwich more often than other sandwiches. I don't get cheese. So what am I paying for? A bun with very little veggies on it apparently. It's a veggie sub so it's based on vegetables. They're not on there for decoration they're the meal, like a salad. What's even better is when I order online, go to pick up my food at the correct time, and when I get there they haven't even started making it. These problems are with all the locations depending on who is working. It's gotten so bad I think I'm seriously done...

This is the 3rd time I’ve been in this location in the last few months and I WILL NOT be returning unless you guys get rid of the blonde curly head lady I’m not the only one this has happened to because my best friend dealt with her doing the same issue. I do NOT come into Subway to learn everything about her life I know how she’s getting a divorce, how her daughters are in dance I know you have to rant but not in the suite of your job. It took her almost 20 minutes to finish my subs because she wouldn’t stop telling me every detail about her life and not just that but telling us what’s going on behind Subway and at other locations. I’ll stick with the other subways in butler they are much better and staff doesn’t talk about their lives there like she does and the other stores are rather much neat and cleaner.
