Pizza order incorrect. My order consists of C a large hand tossed meat eaters pizza and a thin crust pepperoni. Now, what did I get: a large thin crust meat eaters pizza without any meat and a medium “burned” to the thin crust pepperoni. After calling Stephen, the rude Bryan, Mississippi Manager, with my complaint, he told me to bring it back. I told Stephen I could not. I was already late for the social engagement. He insisted that I bring it right back and hung up on me. He later accused a very frustrated, angry customer of cursing and swearing. I didn’t but wanted to. Most people tell about the bad experiences and rarely the good ones. This one happens to be both. Called in a pick up, and unfortunately the order picked up right before mine was under the same first name. That driver was already gone. The staff apologized said they would have to make another. The man at window asked if I would like something extra to help with the inconvenience and I did order more wings. I went again to wait in my vehicle. They came and told me when it was ready and that the price had been reduced. Upon getting back to the window the manager informed me that I did not owe anything for the food due to the wait and inconvenience. The staff was plenty apologetic and professional in dealing with this matter. I appreciated this and will definitely continue getting pizza from this...

Just ordered pizza and wings tonight for delivery from the byram location on Siwell rd. I ordered a 16 pc honey bbq wings but when my order arrived it was plain no sauce at all. I called to make a complaint about my order letting them know it was not right and instead of management getting the phone her and another coworker who was talking to me on phone was passing messages back and forth to tell me.
