I would give this place zero stars if that was possible. They leave dirty cups and dishes on the tables and they didn't even bother to give us a number for our order. And that is just the beginning. My father puts in a simple order, for us and a to-go order for my grandmother. We then go to sit down at a table. We waited about 20 minutes talking and having a conversation. Then when I see people that came in after us get there food first. I didn't think anything of it, at the time. I look over at their table again, and I notice that no one over there is eating the food. The waitresses come back and that family and the employees were having a conversation. The waitresses take the food back to the kitchen and takes it to another table. That man too started talking to the waitress, and again, they decide to take it back to the kitchen. They leave the food on the counter and start talking and looking at our table. I am glad that my dad was fully aware of what was going on because they took the food, that had been to two different tables, and gave it to us. The same food that when it was taken to the first family this little kid started playing and touching all over the food and started to eat some of it. The same food that was left on the counter unattended when there were fruit flies. My dad told us not to eat it as soon as it was placed on the table. The waitress heard, and I guarantee that she knew what she had done. My dad spoke with the manager and got a refund. But here is the thing, they did even give my dad a full refund! My dad had to go back to that junkyard one more time because these people don't want to be decent and give a full refund. I was sick at the time, too. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my visit on July 5th at approximately 2:39â2:43 PM.
Overall, I had a great experience, largely due to one of your employeesâa Caucasian femaleâwho was consistently attentive, courteous, and made me feel well taken care of. Her excellent service really set a positive tone for my visit and created a strong expectation for the level of care throughout.
However, I was disappointed when I approached the front counter around 2:40 PM. At that time, there were three employees present and only one other customer. Unfortunately, two of the three staff members completely ignored me, offering no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. This was surprising and a bit disheartening, especially after the excellent service I had received earlier.
I would appreciate it if you could review the camera footage from that timeframe to better understand the interactionâor lack thereof. Iâm not writing this to get anyone in trouble, but to bring attention to an experience that didnât reflect the otherwise high standard your establishment clearly aims for.

A few other customers were more vocal about their dissatisfaction than I was. Although the free dessert for the elongated time it took for one of our orders to arrive did little to appease me. 3 of the 4 us, we're nearly finished eating before the 4th finally arrived. I blame this squarely on management, or lack thereof. I would have only left one star, but the gentleman who was working his butt off to take care of us, deserves two stars by hisself.
