I've never been disappointed in a Raising Cane's until now. You have ONE job, making chicken fingers, and seems the fry cook botched that. Maybe bring SpongeBob into the kitchen...The food tastes.....off. Their fries are bland and tastes like the grease is old, tenders are tough and burnt, but at least they didn't screw up the bread. Oh, and this awful slog of food was preceded by a ~20 minute wait. If they just opened and are misfiring like this....I see more bad reviews in your future. The workers had it right when they showed up with Chick-fil-A bags. At least they are consistent. 😡😠 11/21/24 Update: I tried them again, and they are still awful. The fries aren't salted, the tenders were dry, the drinks were flat, and the machine ran out of ice. At least the staff is nice.

Most of the time my order is right but today just broke a nerve with me. I asked for a box combo with no coleslaw and extra toast. Note, I live 25 minutes away from Cane’s. That’s 50 minutes of drive time. When I get home, there’s only 4 strips in the box, and it turns out my order wasn’t even put in correctly to begin with. It’s a little aggravating, especially when the order as a whole was $20. Please have the orders repeated back to make sure it’s correct. Thanks.

Hot, Juicy, Perfect Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff here are nothing short of amazing. They served 3 bus loads of over 150 hungry college kids and the drivers in under 30 minutes! Raising Cane’s chicken is next-level. Cooked just right on the outside, juicy on the inside. Straight-up addictive. Simple, consistent, and absolutely delicious every time. Five stars, no notes. You're missing a treat if you don't go!

I love Cane’s chicken usually. When I got a plate right after they opened it was great. However today was a different story. Everything tasted old. Chicken was dry and the usually crunchy batter was soggy. It had no flavor. The fries were old. Even the toast didn’t taste good. In my opinion corporate sent people for the opening of this restaurant who were rocking the orders and now they have left it up to the people they “trained”. There were 5-6 employees at the window outside talking and visiting while there was myself and one other truck in the drive through at about 4:50 today. It’s sad that the best thing in my plate was the sauce. Yal need to come back to this location and fix this. Also it seems like there are nothing but teenagers working here. Maybe that has something to do with the...

Well it's just lovely when they read to me what I'm suppose to get. I pay for it which was all I had to feed me and my kids get home and ive got someone else order which was only 4 tenders in it. I paid for 7. It's not hard to check the food making sure it's going to the right person. As the customer we shouldn't have to hold the line up and check our food. It's just sad. If I could to back up there I would but sadly I can't. It's not canes itself it's the people they have working there who just don't care. Guess I'm going hungry tonight and I hope whoever got my order doesn't waste it. Glad it's enough for my kids but damn. Why is the customers responsibility to hold the line up and make sure it's right? Rant over. Check your food causw they don't know how...
