I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with mobile app for drive-thru pickup. When I arrived at store, only 2 people sitting in dining area and 2 cars in drive-thru.
Waited 16 minutes to finally get to window. Woman at window played with computer for 3 minutes before asking if I had the large root beer. I said no, I have the mobile order for 2 chicken sandwiches. She indicated they were just put down, and it would be another 5 minutes.
I asked to speak with the manager.
Manager finally came to window, unshaven and with unkempt hair . I complained about wait time and stated that waiting until I came to window to cook chicken was inefficient and incompetent.
Manager said they were short staffed and said sarcastically, "Don't you want your food to be nice and hot?" I said of course I do, but being short staffed was no excuse for just starting to cook my food, especially when the dining area was now closed. He then asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes, now that I've been there for over 20 minutes. As he processed my refund, he stated that he didn't appreciate my attitude. I said I didn't appreciate his and asked for his name.
He refused, saying he didn't have to give me his name. I said that's fine Joseph, maybe before you decide you're afraid to share your name with customers, you should make sure you don't have your nametag on your hat.

This last trip ordered a bourbon bacon Burger minus crispy onions add pickle and a pub style pretzel chicken sandwich minus crunchy onions add pickle. Received a double with everything and a pub style Burger with chrunchy onions and no pickle. Also had to go up and ask for glasses 2x after tfood came made wrong. Sick of having to ask repeatedly to have people do a simple job properly the first time. They obviously didn't read or something miss bagged something to have the same issues every single trip. Lack of accountability and self pride to put forth a minimum amount of effort to do the job they are being paid for. Read moreThis location is closing down the frosty machine earlier and earlier every time I stop in!!!! I stopped in through the drive-through on 5/24 at 9:56 p.m.. I waited a little over 10 minutes and once I got up to the speaker and attempted to order frosty's they told me the machine was shut down for cleaning. I Requested to speak with a manager on duty and spoke with "Virginia" and she advised me that they shut the frosty machine down an hour before closing every night because it takes them an hour to clean the machine. However it was TWO hours before closing!!! This is approximately the 3rd time I have stopped in there in the last 2 weeks around 9-10 pm and they have been close down 4 cleaning. I'm pretty sure the owner wouldn't be happy to know that they are losing all that money from frosty's because the employees want to get out of there as soon as they can...
