Until today, April 2, 2025, I went to this Dunkinâs drive thru for coffee everyday. On Monday, March 31st, I ordered my usual, which wasnât made correctly. I took it back to get it remade. Employee could not take the original order back due to cross contamination, which I understand. I was told to pull down to get my coffee remade I waited for 15 minutes at the second window , & I sat the original 2 frozen coffees on the window sill, since I was getting the 2 remade and had nowhere to sit 4 large coffees in my car. The employee told me that the health inspector was there & they were going to get points taken off for the coffee that I sat on the window sill. I said I have nowhere to put 4 coffees in my car. What am I supposed to do? Also, there arenât any outside trash cans. I went back to this Dunkinâs today , and was asked at the speaker if I wanted my usual & I said yes. I pull around and the employee said that they werenât going to be working there after this week. Then proceeded to ask me if I left coffee on the window sill the other day when the health inspector was there because they had points taken off, however, the health inspection report is at the drive thru window , dated March 31, 2025, with a score of 100. I told the employee, yes I sure did sit them on the window sill at the 2nd window because I have nowhere to sit 4 cups of coffee and if my coffee was made right in the first place, I wouldnât have needed a place to sit the extra coffee. Employee then said, well Iâve heard youâre going to be banned from here but I donât know when the ban is going to take place but I think itâs maybe next week? I said thatâs fine. I donât have to get coffee here. Itâs very seldom made correctly anyway. Employee said I can make it today for you, I donât mind, at which I replied, no thank you. No worries on me coming back here.    Read moreI asked for a sausage, egg & cheese. But I was handed a bacon, egg & cheese. Luckily I read the ticket and asked for my correct sandwich right away. Then right after getting on the highway I find out I was handed a sausage & cheese sandwich. NO EGG!!! Yes, I hit the 1st exit and I went back. Turns out it was the store manager that had taken the order to begin with. And she had corrected the mistake. The whole time that employee making the sandwiches was just smirking at me, like she knew all along that she had send off with just a sausage sandwich after I had sent back the bacon, egg & cheese the 1st time. I had a distinct feeling that it was all done on purpose. I will NEVER return there again along as that person still works there.
