Order online got there to pick it up 20 minutes before they closed and was told I would have to pick up my order tomorrow. I had already paid for the order. I requested my money back. I was told that I would have to go online to request a refund. That was back at the end of April and still no refund. Was told April 29 I would be receiving a refund in 3-5 business days. It the end of may and still nothing. Worst customer service ever.a very unhappy customer Richie Webb guess what I've been to this store 3 times now. I've only gotten to eat once out of the 3 times. Now this makes the 2 ND time I order and paid for my food online before or at 9:00pm. Go to get my food . I arrived at 9:20 sat at drive thru speaker for atleast 5 minutes no one said anything. So I pull around to the window. I can see a girl doing paperwork or something like that. I sat there another 5 minutes she just ignores me. I honk the horn. She never looked up. a car pulls up and an employee runs to the door then another car with another employee and they both went into the store. Well the female employee that just came in, comes to the window and said they was close then I told her I had already ordered and paid for it online. She said we are closed you Will have to get your money back online. I told her they was supposed to stay till 10:00. She told me they was short handed, but they had just pulled up to work.    Read moreSo instead of putting a sign on the door when they run out of chicken, because first off you're a chicken place so someone's not doing their job if y'all don't have enough chicken for a shift (and every time I come here they're out of chicken so it's not just this time), the lady decided to raise her voice at my mother because she can't hear well and the employee didn't want to speak clearly enough. Coming from someone who's been in management, if there's a chance of them speaking that way to a customer, they shouldn't have a headset on. When you run out of something, you put a sign up so employees can't just say they're out of something so they don't have to take your order. Accept the possibility that sometimes you might have to help people out a little bit more than the last person, because that is literally what they get paid for. They no longer get minimum wage so stop acting like it. I come to this Popeyes every month and I've NEVER actually eaten here.

   Read moreI had to give my order 3 times at the intercom I found a young lady that the order on the screen was incorrect but she stated she got my order right got to the window to order was complete the wrong. Informed the young lady that my order was wrong. I had an Informer for the fourth time with my order was explain to her what showed up on the screen was not what I ordered she told me she had my order correct she had extremely nasty attitude after that. I got home and called the manager and inform him of my experience with his employee he apologized for her action and explained to me that the intercom was not working properly the next day I had my wife go up there to the same Popeyes and she placed the order it in, and once again it was wrong once you got to the window she informed the young lady who she spoke to that's not what she ordered and she told my wife that she had to go around again to place another order mind you the previous manager had told me the intercom wasn't working properly so why would she have to drive around to place an order she didn't ask for corporate number in the young lady told her she would have...
