This was the ABSOLUTELY WORST Starbucks experience I have ever had. My husband and I pulled up to the restaurant and found the line at the drive thru wrapped around the building. So we parked, and I went in. The inside was completely empty. I stood, ignored, at the counter for a few minutes. When the young man finally waited on me, I ordered two grande hot chocolate drinks, drinks. Not custom-made drinks, but drinks that take about 4 minutes to make. After 10 minutes of patiently waiting for my rider to be prepared , I finally got up and asked the young man how much longer I would have to wait. He told me that my order was in line with all the other vehicles waiting at the drive thru. I wondered if that also included mobile orders as well. Is this normal? I could have gone through the drive thru and gotten my order faster when I was the only customer inside???? After a few more minutes, I just happened to look up and see two drinks on the counter. No one had told me they were there, and I’m not sure how long they were left sitting there. I assumed they were mine, picked them up (they had my name on them), and left. They were lukewarm. No one bothered to speak to me, and certainly, no one apologized for my wait. I’m just appalled. This is a beautiful, spacious store, but the service is HORRIBLE!! As someone who works with the public, my boss would fire me if he knew I was treating customers like this. I will NEVER set foot in this Starbucks again. I’ll go 10 miles out of the way and go to one where I can get friendly customer service AND the HOT...
Read morehad a truly excellent experience at this Starbucks location and couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely friendly. The customer service stood out right away—every employee I interacted with was kind, helpful, and seemed to truly care about providing a great experience.
What impressed me most was how carefully they made my coffee. I’m pretty particular about how I like it, and they nailed it perfectly without me having to repeat anything. It’s a small thing, but when someone gets your drink exactly how you like it, it really starts your day off right. The barista even double-checked with me to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it. That kind of attention to detail makes all the difference.
The store was clean and had a nice atmosphere—quiet enough to work or relax, but with a warm, friendly energy. It was clear the staff takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
I would absolutely recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, meeting a friend, or just looking for a peaceful place to unwind, this location delivers. Between the excellent customer service and the perfectly made drinks, it’s an easy 5 stars from me. I’ll definitely be coming...

So what does a Starbucks trip look like with a mother of three?
Well, before I even got to take a sip out of my drink, my toddler accidentally knocked over my drink and spilt the entire thing on the ground. We sat outside in the patio section. It took EVERYTHING for me not to cry. Because my coffee was the highlight of my morning and I was so excited that they finally had a Starbucks only ten mins away from the house.
So we sat, and I let the kids eat their cake pops. Well a few mins went by and all of a sudden, the same girl that took my order inside was standing in front of me holding another coffee, exactly the way I ordered it and handed it to me. I wanted to cry all over again this time.
I didn’t get her name, but coming from a mother of three you make outings less scary. We appreciate people like you more than...
