Complaint against Subway store #10272-0 At 315 Hwy 49 North Suite A Byron GA I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway today due to poor customer service from one of the employees. The African American female employee who assisted me (long eyelashes, 5ft tall, very petite, with a nasal septum/nose ring, and unkempt uniform possibly early twenties) was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem to take pride in making a quality sandwich.
For example, when I asked for mayo on the bread (instead of on top of the meat and veggies), she dismissed my request in a rude manner. When I asked for the sandwich to be cut in fours, I received an eye roll instead of basic courtesy. The sandwich presentation was also very poor, which made it less enjoyable to eat.
Everyone can have a bad day, but customer service and respect should always be consistent. I strongly suggest that this employee receive additional training on how to properly serve customers, prepare food with care, and provide a welcoming experience.

Since I already paid for them, I asked for chips instead. It seemed like a big deal but they accomodated. my sandwich was DRY. It did not have mayo, mustard, salt, pepper oil or vinegar. My daughter's sandwich had onions on it. She can't even stand the smell of onions so she wont be eating her sandwich at all I thought maybe I made several mistakes when ordering on the app but went back to check it and it was entered correctly which means the staff didn't read it.    Read moreNot Happy at all. I visited this same Byron Ga location last week and the drink machine didn't work, thankfully they had sweet tea. Today I checked the drink machine before ordering and everything looked good. But I was wrong, after ordering $44 worth of meals I was told there was no ice after I asked about it. I just don't understand how you can let people come in and spend money without letting them know about the ice or drink machine in advance. Post it on the entrance door or tell people prior to taking there order. It's hot outside and I came here to relax and cool off while I enjoyed my meal.
