I ordered 4 biggie bags. 2 with double stack bacon cheese burgers, 1 with double stack cheese burger (light ketchup, light mustard, heavy pickles only), 1 with chicken sandwich, and a large chili. I paid right at $30 and didn't receive a receipt. Going home I reach into each bag and 3 have cold orders of fries, one has hot fries. Wow! All the drinks are correct. Get home and check the sandwiches. I have NO bacon whatsoever and the double stack that was special ordered only has ketchup! I call and try to be nice only to be told by Jason, the MOD, that he remembered my order and that it was made the way it was rang up. That it wasn't rang up as bacon and that the special one was only tang up with just ketchup. Funny thing is... the lady that took the order repeated it back correctly. You do the math....2 bacon stacks at $7, 1 double stack at $6, a chicken at $5, and a large chili at almost $4 plus 7% sales tax comes to right about $30 where I come from!! So he was just lying!! But what really pissed me off was the fact that he wanted to just argue with me and never offered any solution. Then someone else was talking behind him in the background. When I questioned that, he said they were a manager too. I told him that maybe I needed to speak to them so maybe I could get a resolution. (At this point I was cussing because he had really pissed me off. Something I don't normally let ppl do) His response was, "You'll get the same answers. " I in turn told him that I feel like I just got screwed by Wendy's because it was my word against theirs because they FAILED to give me my receipt and that if they keep this up they will be just like the Popeyes down the road and will be the next restaurant in Byron, GA to close. I finally just hung up because it was a lost cause and wasn't worth running my blood pressure up any more than he already had. Man couldn't talk without stuttering.. another sure fired way of knowing a liar. I don't plan on going back there...
Read moreDONT PLACE ANY TYPE OF MOBILE ORDER AT THIS RESTAURANT. ESPECIALLY IF YOU SELECT “DRIVE THRU” AS YOUR PICK UP METHOD
I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup (as you can see in the picture) but when I arrived, I was told I had to go inside to get my food. This was not my mistake as I selected the correct pickup method, but the restaurant processed it incorrectly as a front-counter order. Instead of offering a solution like simply handing my food out the window, the staff insisted that ‘company policy’ prevented them from handing it to me at the window.
I was unable to leave my car at the time, meaning I couldn’t get the food I had already paid for. The employees were dismissive, and the manager did nothing to help resolve the situation. If a mistake happens on the restaurant’s end, the customer shouldn’t be the one inconvenienced.
I strongly advise against placing mobile orders at this location, especially for drive-thru pickup. I am currently reaching out to corporate for a refund.

Read moreWithout a doubt the worst Wendy's I have ever been in. Stopped in after refueling during a long road trip. It was mid-afternoon, and I chose to park and go in to order, rather than use the drive through. It took quite a while to get waited on, despite the fact that I was the only customer there. It seems the staff were too busy conversing and horsing around to be bothered. Eventually, a young man came to the register. No greeting, nothing. He looked at me slack jawed, never uttering a word. I placed my order. He rang it up, then paused for at least 20 seconds, as though making change confused him. Finally, he gave me back the appropriate number of dollars, but decided the change wasn't important, closing the cash register door and walking away. Believe me, it wasn't worth the effort to request the proper change, I just wanted to get out of there ASAP. I truly hope this was an aberration. Either way, management needs to step up their...
