Not going back and tossed my sandwich in the trash!

Stopped here for one of the new sandwiches I've seen advertised on tv. The girl at the cash register didn't know what was advertised; but, pointed to a cardboard sign on the glass counter that showed three new wraps. She appeared annoyed about the questions. Ok, this must be what I saw being advertised. I asked where these were on the menu so I could see what was in each one. No mention on the menu and no description. So, I didn't order what I was intent on getting for lunch. Ordered a number 9 without mayonnaise. Also ordered a number 7. Once completed, I picked them up at the pick-up counter. At the table, we were trying to determine which sandwich was what. One sandwich had some scribble that was assumed to be a number "9." I returned to the counter for a knife to cut the sandwiches--no knife available. Open up the number 9 and there mayonnaise! So, I take the sandwich to the cashier/order taker and ask if that scribble is a number 9. Two people confirmed this. Then I ask if I could have one without mayonnaise and held it up for her to take it. She did not take the incorrectly made sandwich from me so I dropped it next to the cash register. About five minutes later I hear "number 9 with no mayonnaise!" As I retrieve this sandwich, I notice a stern look coming from one of the sandwich makers. Now, I'm wondering what malicious deed was done to my sandwich. We took the sandwiches home where we could get a knife to cut them. The more time that passed, the less trust I have about the number 9 sandwich and this crew. It was tossed into the trash. The number 7 was probably fine.

This girl performing duties of order taker and cashier is the face of this Jimmy John's and is the wrong person for this job.

I recently visited my sister in Colorado and one day my daughter and I stopped by for a sandwich around lunch time. They were very busy filling a large take out order, and the service was kind of slow, which was understandable. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. My daughter enjoyed her sandwich; the bread was really fresh and the meat was good. Unfortunately I ordered a tuna sandwich, and it was extremely fishy. I was very disappointed, because I was really hungry for a good tuna sandwich. I only eat white albacore tuna at home, and this sandwich was obviously made with an inferior grade of tuna, judging by the taste. When I looked into the kitchen, I immediately saw the source of the problem. There were many large cans of Starkist "chunk light" tuna on an overhead shelf. I would never serve that tuna to anyone, except maybe my cat. It looks and smells a lot like cat food. All I can say is they should be ashamed of themselves to charge the better part of ten dollars for a sandwich containing that tuna. That is simply greed. They can afford to use a better brand or at least a better grade of tuna for the price.

At least they do not skimp on the meat like their branch in Victorville, CA does. The prices are the same there and the sandwiches in the CA store are much smaller and they really skimp...

Went here last night at 6:30 (10/14/2021). We waited in the drive thru for about 3 minutes. Nothing. There was a fella behind us who went on to wait after we left and parked and went inside. He ended up driving up to the window but the two employees inside proceeded to ignore him and he just ended up leaving. I went on to witness several people drive up to the drive thru and not a single one was helped. They definitely lost ALOT of business that night and the place wasn't even busy! One employee was sweeping the floor and the other was angrily drinking her soda. My husband and I were strapped for time so we ended up driving around, parking, and I went in. This was also a mistake as they STILL continued to ignore me for several minutes... I did end up buying three sandwiches and a drink for $30, so they fortunately didn't lose my business that night, but I definitely won't be returning any time soon. The service absolutely BLEW MY MIND. I have never witnessed employees work so hard to avoid...
