I needed it to be a great experience, but it wasn't. I waited over 2 months for him to pick up my stuff, I understood he is busy. I had Alot of Beautiful items & Several Collectables. I worked hard to box over 150 items to make it easy as possible for him, when picking up & to auction off my stuff... but, 3 different times, he was supposed to come pick it up & he gave me dates each time of when he'd pivk up but, he did not show up. "I" had to call him, when he obviously knew for some reason, he wasn't going to even show up on those dates. He would Never bother to call me each time, he just left me hanging... Yet, I stayed very kind to him each time. Again, he did the same to me on the 2nd time, he did not show up. Again didn't even bother to call me. SO ..We set up a 3rd time. No show, no call or bothered to text me. I tried to call him, sent him a text, as well. I Couldn't reach him. Than he finally sent me a text, a nasty, not kind message, telling me... He does Not do things on the clients timeline or basis!.....I don't know what the heck he was talking about??. We had 3 different dates "He" gave me that he would pick up everything. So what's that got to do with me picking the day/time.. He chose when and just wouldn't show up each time, bother to call or text me, nothing. He was upset only because I finally said, why have you done this & keep doing this to me. So he was upset, I guess, when I only just, finally stuck up for myself. Than somehow,....because of this, he completely turned everything around. I Really needed this help to sell everything, I was worn out & excited that I was going to finally have help to get everything sold & out of my home & to finally have the relief of having some space to move around easier.. But now, I have to start all over to find another auction company, unbox Everything so someone else can see everything...Most Importantly Find somebody that I can...

Do not trust this man with your loved ones property. 21 months, nearly two years after we signed a contract with him he finally held the auction. Used all the personal property proceeds to clean up the land and house. He requested an additional 1200 to remove TVs and tires. We paid,, he did not remove them.
