I was excited that there was finally somewhere to get boba. I started ordering at the kiosk and that ended up not working and that's fine, I ended up ordering in person. they even gave me a discount for being a healthcare worker.
I ordered a boba tea with honey boba and Korean chicken nuggets. I got my drink in a decent amount of time but they didn't put the boba in it. I told them and they took the drink I already put my straw in and poured boba in my cup. They ended up putting the wrong boba in but I let it pass. Like ten mins later, people who came in after me got their food. but still I wait for my order bc I know things come out of order sometimes. but it happens again and at that point I've been waiting over 30 mins. I ask about it and they tell me another min. 5 mins later the manager sees me waiting and asks what I'm waiting for and ends up going on the kitchen to finish my order himself. I pull him aside to tell him I wish they would have told me how long it would have taken and that I've been waiting for 30 mins and he just tries to offer me another boba. at this point, I tell him that they got my boba wrong anyway and he ends up asking one of the girls who messed up my drink what the difference is between bobas are and she tries to explain that what I ordered was wrong when really she's wrong. I ended up leaving after that.
but over all, just a very disappointing experience. I wish I told the manager that everyone that works there needs...
Read moreI recently visited this location to buy macarons because a friend of mine had never tried them before. Being from Hawaii, where macarons are very popular, I know how they’re supposed to look and taste. I purchased a box of 5 for $10.88. Right away, I noticed through the glass window that the box was missing 2 macarons. When I asked, the employee behind the counter simply said, “Oh, we only have 5 in the box,” so I let it go.
When I got to my table and opened the box, it was clear that the macarons were old and stale. They even had water spots that resembled mold clearly not fresh or safe to eat. I returned to the counter and politely asked for a refund. The young employee had to call his manager, and I overheard their conversation. I heard him ask, “You really want me to say that?” before returning to tell me that they couldn’t issue a refund because “nothing was wrong” with the product.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Instead of addressing the issue and taking responsibility for selling old, spoiled food, they refused to offer any resolution. I actually felt bad for the young employee who was clearly put in a difficult situation by a manager who seems okay with serving expired products and not standing behind their business.
Terrible service, poor management, and unacceptable treatment of customers. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this...

My wife and i decided to try Hangry joes, Boy was that a mistake at first we noticed the place packed but nothing extreme. At fist i was cut off guard by the pricing.. 16$ for a 3 tender meal? Whatever if the food is good i dont mind paying, but it took us over an hour and 30 minutes to receive our food, we tried getting our money back but they kept saying 5 more minutes 1 hour in. There was multiple people complaining and seemed really unhappy about waiting and receiving the wrong food. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting we finally got our food but guess what? No chicken! Kinda the point of the place but you know what do i know. After receiving our food we got 3 pieces of chicken that was extremely dry and flavorless and a handful of fries that were basically inedible they were extremely hard i mean extremely hard. They just crumbled as they were extremely overcooked. 40$ later for 2 people to receive food that honestly we couldve got at a gas station.. Hell what am i saying i had gas station chicken that was better and not 16$! This place really should not be open they need more training or something and honestly i feel bad for the employees they are mostly high schoolers extremely overwhelmed All in all everyone do your self a favor and go somewhere else it is...
