Our sever for the night was Kaleb, he told me at before taking any order from my daughter and i that he was new so bare with him if he mess up. We were still waiting for my husband so we ordered our drinks she asked for an orange juice and he brought her a chocolate milk. Once my husband arrive he ordered his drinks and kaleb never came back i had to ask another server for his drinks. About an hour goes buy after ordering food for my daughter cinnamon bite things to come out and my burger and onion rings to come out. My husband never recived his food the manager came out after an hour of wait to tell us the waffle maker was broken he didnt even recive the rest of his food he ordered with the waffle. I once again had to ask another server for the dipping sauce that came with the cinnamon bite things and refills. Our actual server (kaleb) played on his phone and not only did he mess up our orders the manager was going to other table he was serving fixing orders and mess ups that he did to them as well. When we had enough and wanted our check while my husband was counting money out for the bill he just picks the money up off the table and walks off when it the full amount wasnt even there. As my husband approached the counter to finish paying he told my husband there wasnt enough there with attitude. The service was awful. Thankful the other servers tonight was helpful with us and its not fair to them to have to do his job as well new or not. He cslled my daughter a munchkin which is unprofessional. This is the worst experience ive had here. Im not sure why he treated everyone this way tonight each time something went wrong you could hear him ask the customer if they wanted to speak to a manager and walk off and not return. I normally dont like making a fuss but this was a very uncomfortable situation expecially hearing my 5 year old asking why it was taking so long for her food and asking for more to drink. Read moreFirst and last time to ever eat here!! I have traveled to several places and have eaten at several different I Hop's. Would not recommend anyone to eat at the one in Cabot! Service was horable, food was cold,and scorched. Tried to pull up website shown on bill and website keep taking us to a link to buy viagra. Asked waitress to speak to manager and waitress didn't even know the manager on duty,said she thought it was Zoey. Waitress left and went to back, few minutes later the manager Zoey came out to our table, with an attitude, said what do you need help with? We showed her what the website was doing. Zoey said I don't have any problem pulling it up, you must have a virus causing it, what else do you need. My husband told her about our food , she just looked at us like we were ignorant turned around and walked off. Afterwards Waitress came back to our table to take payment. Handed her debit card for payment, she walked off,after about 8 minutes or so she finally returned, gave some excuse that she was having trouble with debit machine and had to use a different one. We got up to leave and on way out, my husband went to restroom, as I was standing at door waiting for him in came police officer that the manager had called cause of my husband asking to speak with her. The police officer just looked at her like are you serious calling me out here for this! The officer did not say anything to us at all and even left the building before we did. Once we walked out to the parking lot to get in our vehicle to leave, the managers husband, threatened my husband saying that was his wife he had spoken to like that and he would kick his a__. Read moreI was in for breakfast. The food wasn’t great. The biscuits and gravy tasted sweet like a birthday cake. The server wasn’t present much. When I received my ticket it had an amount but when the server charged my card it was charged for a different amount. I did the right thing and showed the server that she under charged me. She re did the ticket and reran my card. Supposedly making up the difference she didn’t charge me for. The next day I check my bank statement and I have two charges from ihop. I call to get this fixed. I’m assuming the general manager is the one I spoke with. She told me that she would fix the error and call me back. I never heard back from her. So I call again, this time the active manager refuses to come to the phone and has the server tell me to wait to hear back from the other manager. Very poor customer service. Not sure why only 1 manager can handle a situation as such. So I call the next day explain the situation and am told once again the woman I talked to is gone on vacation and I have to wait until she gets back. Wow ! So this manager lied to me and didn’t do her job and fix their ERROR and left for vacation. Apparently the other managers are of no service so not sure why they’re even employed for. Overall, the customer service is trash here and the food was trash. The server didn’t even deserve the tip I left for her but I did it anyways. Needless to say I’ll stick with Waffle House from now on and I’ll file a fraudulent dispute through my bank to get ihops double charge off my account. This place is basically trash.
