Love's Donuts Kolache,Smoothies and Boba tea — Restaurant in Cabot

Reviews that are older than a couple of weeks are for old location further down the road closer to liquor stores.

My son and I were excited to have a donut shop so close to home. We planned on riding our bikes once a week to this shop. However, the donuts are simply not good. Last time we went, it was an hour before close. Wasn't that good, but gave it another try. We showed up at 7:20 this morning. They still weren't good. They were cold. The dough was slightly sour in an unpleasant way, not light and fluffy. Chocolate icing hardly tasted like chocolate. Seems like this shop (and I've tried other Love's locations in Cabot) just uses cheaper ingredients. I miss when donuts tasted like actual chocolate or apple, and not artificial

Improvements would be to rework recipes and change up ingredients used. After losing the Tastee Freeze that was at this location, I looked forward to another business taking up shop, but I'm just left severely disappointed. My son, not hard to please, agrees that it isn't good. He still wants to go to Star donuts...

don’t even get me started on Love’s Donuts bacon & cheese croissants! welp, too late, they are hands down one of my new fav things to eat for breakfast, warm & buttery croissant & sweet, crispy bacon 😍 not to mention when you order from any other donut shop chocolate donut holes usually means JUST that, donut holes MADE from chocolate. NO YALL, it’s donut holes COVERED IN CHOCOLATE, freaking donut hole nachos covered in chocolate & sprinkled on top are LITERAL sprinkles (my kids fav), my picky eater will also devour a WHOLE sausage & cheese breakfast burrito & the fact that he’s actually even eating egg is a complete shock. these are only a fav of our favorites in the last few months of them being down the road from our house & hands down one of our favorite breakfast places, just not a favor on the waist band the croissants start...

Disappointed! We came here to celebrate my daughter getting her driver's permit and they had a note on the door saying they were closed and would be back open within 1-2 hours, with no timeframe of when they closed. Both "Open" signs were on. This is unprofessional. I can understand if emergencies come up, but at least turn off the signs and give more specifics about when your customers can expect you to re-open. We sat here for about 40 minutes and watched many other customers come, be disappointed, and leave. Decent amount of business lost for a place that's only open...
