Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Cabot

I have always loved you guys until tonight! I ordered over 4 hours ago and STILL do not have all of my order! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND INFURIATING! I have been told so many stories it’s not even funny, totally unbelievable. The people at the store think because they are going to give it to me free, it’s ok!!!! NO IT’S NOT OK! Marcus with his “awesome” comment constantly on the phone to him totally blowing me off telling me he didn’t have time to talk to me, I could cancel or drive up there and see him (which I took as a threat), to calling back and being placed on hold because they didn’t want to talk to me so I called back on another number to finally speak to Andrea! She then said she was refunding my money plus giving me another $15 credit and sending the guy back with my Salad. Called back again after another hour and then “oh Ms ** I was just gonna call you because the driver actually had a wreck & totaled his car but we are sending your salad now” Then called back another hour and spoke to Marcus again and he said she never put the order in for the salad!!!! Just called again and spoke to Anthony and I got extremely mad because they said it went out about 30 minutes ago, it’s on the way!!!! I told them I didn’t want that salad because I am sure it is wilted now that it supposedly has been ready for over 3 hours!!! They said “well it is at no charge”!!!! REALLY?????? That is suppose to make this ok? I told them I wanted them to make me a fresh salad and drive it here. My home is literally 1.3 miles from restaurant! It has now been 4 hours and 40 minutes, still nothing! Driving there for a salad that takes 2 minutes! DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT...

I’ve ordered here numerous times now and every time has been disappointing. I love every other Marcos I’ve ordered from but this location just doesn’t get it right. From things missing from my order, bad experience with employees saying they are coming back with items forgot to never show and leave me hanging, to tonight having my pizza and breadsticks not cooked thoroughly. The cheese bread was doughy and raw in the middle. Disgusting. And I don’t even know what was wrong with my pizza tonight but it tasted awful and was like a limp noodle and soggy. The chicken Caesar salads are fantastic at other locations but this one usually just has chicken scraps and was happy to actually have bigger pieces lastnight but I guess they changed brands of salad dressing and the new one is gross. It was great food and lots of cheese on there five cheese pizza. But I just received a mailer today from Marcos and the pizza special said $9.99 and use a code. But when I called the lady said no thats not the right price so I had to pay $10.99 . I was like just pulled it out my mail box and read it to her . she said sir its $10.99 do you want to still order it? I said ya its a dollar and I'm hungrey . but the had to haggle with me over $1 ... That is petty .. Really? Yup... So just told my wife I droped yall from 5 to 4 stars over the dollar .
