Do not go to this McDonald’s after 8pm. The overnight employees are literally the laziest, slowest and have the worst food I have ever had. Nuggets are literally from what I would have to guess before 10pm, I went there at 2am. The fries (which is what I was waiting for 10MINUTES! For were cold, quarter pound with cheese was black and I am not kidding. All the food was so chewy it was not possible to enjoy at all. When I arrived at the drive through 2 of the employees were sitting outside on their phones, I was literally waiting ten minutes people. After about 7 minutes into my wait the other employees finally come back inside (one of which was who was serving me at the window) I mean seriously!!!! I waited 10 minutes for cold and old food!!! Also my bottle of water I received had the seal already broken. This is garbage. We have tried this McDonald’s so many time over the course of 3 months and every single time it’s terrible! But this time really took it to a new level and irritated me enough to write this review. This is unacceptable! The management needs to get their garbage restaurant together and fire these trash employees and hire somebody better. I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning. This was just such disappointing visit. I want my damn money back. I paid 14 dollars and some change for garbage! Garbage!!!! And I am under no illusion that fast food is 5 star but this is just disgusting. Update The daytime GM Amanda is very helpful and we had a great conversation about the overnight staff. She explained she has been working for months trying to sort out the overnight staff. I do believe she will do her best to improve the restaurant. Time will tell though. She was polite and wanted every detail I could give her on the performance of the overnight staff. She did offer to replace the meal which I voluntarily declined as I don’t want another meal I just want the location to improve. Also for everybody that reported that the ice cream machine, or frappes are always broken at night she said this is not true for the most part and please guys/gals call in the next day and...

Not worth the visit.
I've been here several times now in the past few months and they've gone downhill. Usually, you could expect moderately fast service with a typical order. Now, you can't even expect that. The associates no longer care, especially on the night shifts. They are slow to take your order and even slower to fill it. They refuse to use their curb spots and if you catch them outside smoking at night, there is a chance they won't even bother to take your order. Twice now I've been told during the evening that my order can't be taken while the window attendant stands outside and smokes.
I recommend avoiding this McDonald's unless you are looking forward to a long wait for subpar food.
Original review, three stars;
Just your stereotypical McDonald's.
I really have nothing either good or bad to say about my experiences here. Frankly, I think that says more about the restaurant than an outstanding or undermining experience would. You can always expect consistency from this McDonald's. That consistency, however, is characterized by apathetic employees and adequate food service. They don't strive to overachieve and in doing so manage to never underachieve.
In summary, you won't be disappointed with your visit. That being said, you also won't feel an urgent need to return. If you want your McDonald's fix, this restaurant will...
Read moreOn July 28 a little after 8pm on curbside I ordered a Chicken McCrispy with an extra McCrispy fillet, they brought it without only one patty, I had to get out of my car and bring it to them, they apologized, took the sandwich & added another patty, I went to my car, I opened the box to check it, I noticed the extra fillet which I had paid for was less than half on size compared to the first one, I went back for a second time, and the first thing the manager said "Oh no, what now?" I showed the size of the 2nd fillet, and I pointed out that it was way too small compared to the other one, and he checked it out, and said "it's within sellable size" to which I said, I'm not getting another comparable fillet? "No", he repeated "It's within sellable size", I couldn't believe it, then I asked for my money back, then he said "That's going in the trash" very upset, referring to the sandwich. I think what I was asking for was fair, and I don't think the manager that night treated me fairly. I am a regular customer of the McDonald's on Main Street, but this time I was closer to this one on Bill Foster Memorial. I don't come here very often, but now I feel like not coming back. On the McDonald's at Main St. I have been treated...
