Probably one of the worst managed BK i’ve Experienced. Waited 10-15 minutes in the Drive thru before getting up to the window. Hand the employee my card to pay for the meal. After a good 5 minutes the window opens, do you happen to have any other way of payment your card is not going thru, I told her it’s not the card and it’s been used all weekend. Another 5 minutes passes(Food Now Sitting for a good 10-15 minutes ). Window opens again and says I’m sorry but there is nothing we can do. I run across the road to an ATM and pull cash no problem, clearly it wasn’t the car. Go back to BK, go inside and the Manager takes my order and basically tells me what I had ordered thru the drive thru with frustration. The frustration came because she had just thrown the food away after 20 minutes of sitting. I would’ve asked for new food regardless. I pay, the manager knocks out the two sandwiches really quick. I stood in the lobby atleast 10 minutes after the food was under the hot lamps before the lady managing the drive they could multi task.
Moral of the story, wait 10-15 minutes in line, another 10 at the window- making me feel as though my card had no money on it, telling me there is nothing they could do, running across the road- inconvenience considering I had a child in the car, go back inside with attitude because the Oder from 30 minutes ago was in the trash. Well if you can just throw food away because your credit card terminal was down what is the difference of just comping the meal for someone’s time and inconvenience.

Read moreTonight I went to Burger King for dinner by myself, and I had a hard day today very emotional day and just down in the slump…well I ordered dinner and while I was at the speaker I realized I left my wallet at home…so I let the gal know I forgot it, and she said, “Well if you’d like to pull up to the fire window you could have this large Dr. Pepper since it’s already poured. I said aww thank you. Well while pulling up I found my wallet, and I told her I found it and showed it to her. She then told me the total of my order and I was a few bucks short told her to take one thing off. She did and told me a price. I then got my food and I was driving home and stuck my hand in the bag for a fry and the item I had taken off was in the bag. Honestly it made my WHOLE DAY. She polite, didn't look stressed which is hard to do if you are the only one there. Anyways, we all know how having enough workers are these days. Let's get to the food. Amazing! The last few times we have eaten at a Burger king it has been terrible and really it is in anywhere, but even though she was the only person working her impossible burgers were not dry, they were perfect, the fries were hot and salty and it seems that is a rare thing, I mean if I am going for it I want the salt.
