Poor service and slow. I order a 3 pcs chicken and biscuit to go. Once I got home I notice that I was given 2 chicken wings all dryed and extra small. They look like miniature wings. Bathrooms dirty and strong oder, Dining area tables dirty also floors. Food not bad but could be better especially service. This all reflects poor management at the unit at catalinas in caguas. O and by the way, i was there for about 40 minutes and it was about 20% full. So dont give this bs about having a rush and even then there was no type of urgency to resolve...

Everytime I come here they forget something in my order. I’ve had to come back from the drive-through 10/10 times because they forgot something, not exaggerating, THEY ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDER.
