QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Caguas

I’ve been eating at the San Patricio location since they opened and I always loved the “Make your own burrito”. Today I went to the new location in Caguas, and my always usual burrito was extremely awful. The chicken was burnt and way too seasoned causing my lips feel like burning. They put an excessive amount of cilantro rice and cotija cheese, but never added the cilantro, guacamole, Pico de gallo and the shredded cheese. I couldn’t even finish and had to toss it because it tasted horrible 😝.

My initial review, 7 months ago, was of 1 Star. I am editing it because this is is 2nd time I've experienced something I wasn't quite happy about from my visits to Qdoba and in both instances, I was contacted by someone promptly and the situations were dealt with immediately. Asides truly caring about the reputation of their restaurants, the food is very good, there are offers through the rewards program as well as free Nachos & Salsa if you fill the survey after you buy there. Ordered online, service was awful. Manager didn't even greet, just asked for the name on the order and gave it to me. The order was missing products and when trying to approach for the rest of my order, no one was available after waiting I just left.
