Brink's Ice Cream Express — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

While the ice cream was good and the service was fast, I will not be returning to this establishment. We walked in 10 minutes past 8 PM and placed our order, but then were told that the store was closed due to fall hours. We didn’t know because the door was open and it said 9 PM on Google—our mistake. However, the way the man told us was demeaning and rude, even though we had just given him our service. Then as we were about to leave, he yelled at a worker to stop mopping and start wiping the tables in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Always a 5-star experience at Brink's! Really great ice cream - their mint chocolate chip hard scoop is excellent, with little flakes of chocolate. Reminds me so much of the Baskin Robbins I used to enjoy as a kid. My husband loves that they offer York Peppermint Patties as a mix-in, no one else really does that! Delicious menu items, too. Their fries are amazing, and their chicken fingers are more like whole breaded chicken breast - big enough to put between bread and eat like a sandwich.

We live just up the street from two similar ice cream storefronts but will happily drive 8 miles in the opposite direction to get our Brink's fix. We love it here and wish we lived closed enough...

I’m Really Disappointed as we come to Brinks to Get Ice Cream at least 3-4 times a Week . And The last 2 Weeks We’ve been Served Ice Milk What a Disaster All in my car , clothing , ETC called to talk to the Manager Girl about AGAIN it She Said there’s Nothing she can do about it , it’s Because of the Weather. Ummm Excuse Me Please Call and Have Somebody Fix your Equipment we won’t come back until this is Straightened out 😶😶looks like I’ll Be Spending MY Money...
