Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Calhoun

We have been having issues with this store location for a while now. We order the same thing every time. Medium handpan pizza with garlic sauce extra pepperoni extra cheese and feta with Buffalo sauce. Another medium pizza thin crust BBQ chicken with extra BBQ and extra cheese. Sometimes we add cheese sticks. But they always miss the Buffalo sauce and when the problem is addressed they end up remaking it and putting way too much Buffalo. However this last time not only did they miss the Buffalo sauce but also completely got my thin crust pizza wrong and I was givin a thin crust pepperoni pizza with red sauce and banana peppers. I called the store and got hung up on 3 times before finally getting ahold of a manager 😒. I told him about our order being wrong and he told me they could remake it. Which was fine until he told me we would have to pick it up in an hour. We had it delivered for a reason, so that wasn't an option for us. After all of the hassle we just ultimately decided to never do business with this company again. I just wanted to share our experience with others so they know what to expect from such an unorganized restaurant with a sour attitude with customers. We love domino's as a whole but this location specifically has gone downhill the past couple years. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try a get food from here if you are wanting something specially made. Hope this helps others...

I am a regular customer of Domino's pizza at multiple locations. At the Calhoun location, I had a very bad experience. I had ordered two carryout pizzas online. When I visited the place to get my pizza, the young boy who handed the pizza said I need to pay for crushed red peppers when I asked for it. We have never seen any place where they ask for $2 for peppers. When my wife who was with me asked him if we could talk to the manager, the young boy and other young lady who were the staff, went inside and came back telling that our manager comes only on Wednesdays and that he cannot talk even on phone! He told that if you want to talk to manager come on Wednesday! They even refused to call him or provide a contact number where we could communicate. This is the most unprofessional pizza place. I would also like to mention that they did not wear a mask and made pizza without wearing gloves. When we asked why they did not, they did not respond and said we don't have masks. The worst part of all is when I asked about that, the boy told us 'take the pizza if you want or leave!' I will never go again to that pizza place. Since there is no other domino's pizza location in Calhoun, I will definitely not choose Domino's pizza and go to...

The food at this location is never ever what it is supposed to be like. It is always cooked wrong! For years it has been this way. The sauce is all wrong the crust and entire pizza is way over seasoned. It is just flat out not good at all. However I have continued to give them my business from time to time hoping they have new workers or management or whatever the problem may have been in the past will now be resolved. Instead the pizza still tastes no good and they sent the wrong order three times in a row and refused to correct it like somebody was trying to get a free pizza out of them. Thanks to all the scammers out there I know they have to keep their guard up but my God people have a life to and you are supposed to put a correct ingrediant on a pizza for them. When someone is being courteous and honest with you, you should have better judgment, expecially as a DM and compassion and fix your crews mistake. Instead I guess continue to be the worst of the worst in every way and I know none of you will care but you deserve this bad review big time long overdue.
