Java Junction — Restaurant in Calhoun

I came in around 430 on a Tuesday (mind you, they don't close until 7 according to Google) and I ordered 2 iced lattes with white mocha, oatmilk and 2 extra shots of espresso in each. She rang me up, it was over 20$ for these two drinks and then I watched her as she proceeded to pour iced coffee in my latte and never once touched the espresso machine. So I know for a fact she didn't even put 1 shot of espresso in it after charging me extra for the shots I asked for. The only thing I can assume is that they had cleaned the machine already and didn't want to dirty it up again making me a drink. I get it. I own my own coffee truck, but i like to support other small businesses and this place just lost me as a customer. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Update: whatever they gave my husband and I was no good, we have been puking ever since we finished our drinks! I guess its convenient considering where its located. However it can also get really crowded for the same reason and it's really pricey. Honestly, I would rather go somewhere else with more reasonable prices and tastier treats. I love smoothies and have tried several smoothie places but here, the pineapple smoothie tasted like it was just blended ice with a squirt of pineapple juice that wasnt enough for how much ice nd water they put in it. I might stop by again if I just can't or dont want to wait for something else but more than likely, I will probably seek out another more reasonably...

I want to start by saying that the employees are always polite and cordial. The drinks and the snacks are always delicious and the shop is immaculate. My issue is with the way the owner speaks to and conducts herself with her employees. She seems to lack any respect for the people she employs. I can’t fathom any reason where a coffee shop owner would have a business concern so pressing she couldn’t speak to her employees during working hours? My issue isn’t with the store, my issue is handing my money to someone who doesn’t seem to have any respect for the people...
