Old Navy Outlet — Local services in Calhoun

We were traveling and we stop at Old Navy Outlet Calhoun, GA. I have been wanting to get this Coat. Luckily I Got an emailed coupon from you guys, so I wanted to use it. I tried ordering the coat i want online but no available options to pick it up in store. It says its unavailable. So we just stopped to check other options and my coupon will expire before we can come back so I wanted to use it. Luckily when we drop by i say the last M size coat that i really want. I don't know why when i did it online it say unavailable on that store but it was there the last one.

I came up to the cashier she scanned the item and the price was 50% of the tag that was $37.+ before tax. and I present her the coupon and she scanned it at the total came down to $22.+ before the tax. Same amount when i tried to order it online. But when the cashier saw the total after the coupon the cashier decide to change the scanned price to the tag price. So I asked why, she said Either I pay the Store price with out the coupon which was 50% off or use the 40% off coupon off tag price that was 74.+.

COUPON IS FOR ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT!! Right?? Thats why you guys send it to us.

I was suppose to use it online and it was working i just dont have the option to do store pick-up cause it say out of stock on my size.

And i really want it then. I did't have time to argue like i said we were traveling. I was so disappointed. NOT JUST BECAUSE I WASNT ABLE TO USE MY COUPON BUT THE CASHIER WAS RUDE AND WAS NOT REALLY NICE ABOUT IT.

I might just return this item. I work for retail industry as well. What she did was not good.

Buyer beware. I went to purchase a couple blouses and found some nice ones, different colors, same rack, on sale for 50% off. I chose 2 of the same but one was red and one was black. When I went to check out they rang up one as half price and the other was full price. I asked the cashier why they both weren't half off since they were on the same rack and she said because of the color that certain top was full price. I told her to put it back. Old Navy clothes feel comfortable and look good. Prices are really good, especially today (April 19). Everything in store is 50% off. I love shopping there.
