COACH Outlet — Local services in Calhoun

I found a Couch bag online that I wanted on 2023 Black Friday sale but wouldn't receive delivery in my needed timeframe. I called the nearest outlet in Calhoun, GA and they had one & held it for me until that evening. The store was busy when I arrived about 6pm Black Friday. However, there were many employees on the floor, a nice selection of products & good stanchions set up for line control to the register. (Some of the displays were a bit messy & I believe presentation is key to retail sales.) I had no wait at the register, (only one cashier at the registers) & my bag, the "Val Bucket" had been held & the transaction processed seamlessly. I really hate to have to even write this review because this has been my favorite Coach store for the last 15 years but today is the last day I’ll ever shop here again. I went to exchange one of the two bags I had just bought less than 30 days ago only for the rude manager Shannon to tell me in front of the whole store that my bag could not be returned because of some white linen in the seam of the pocket. I had just purchased two bags totaling $500 why would I have to lie about a bag being worn? It was so rude and embarrassing. I will never shop here again I will go to Woodstock moving forward. Very poor customer service at this location. The staff came across as very "cliquey," judgy, standoffish, and were not accommodating at all. Only one person greeted me and no one asked me if I needed assistance. Two staff members were stingy about the return policy for a bag I had purchased in July 2024. I requested to receive store credit and they both said no. They were also sringy about giving ne tissue paper to put inside the bags I purchased. The only positive experience about this visit was I found two bags that were black fridat exclusive items that were sold out online. Please do better...
