After visiting today, I have to say that I'm a fan of the Starbucks location on Auburn Folsom Rd in Granite Bay. As soon as you walk in, you notice how bright and airy it is, with high ceilings that make the space feel open and welcoming.

The entire cafe is super clean - it's clear the staff work very hard to keep the place nice and to deliver friendly and excellent service. Our drinks were perfectly made too.

The only ding from a perfect review is that I'm not a fan of the food. A lot of it seems pre-made and overly processed instead of freshly prepared, but that's on the corp, not this store.

I look forward to visiting this Starbucks again. It has a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere with an abundance of natural light, which really makes a difference compared to other cafes with lower ceilings that can feel dark and cramped. I left feeling refreshed and productive, and it wasn't just the coffee that made me feel perky.

I don’t know how you can hand someone a drink this way. Got all over my hand, white shirt, car. Were you in a hurry or upset that I didn’t tip you in the drive through? $7 to get all my stuff covered in chocolate thank you I will not ever go here again. Take your time why prank me like this I don’t even know you! Bad attitude mixed with a prank! Also the drink wasn’t blended enough. As you can see not only is there chocolate covering the outside but the chocolate chunks on the inside are not blended enough to make it through the straw I was provided. After all those price increases, you cannot even get a refill anymore? Spent $3.65 on a small americano, then asked for a refill with regular coffee.
