Alberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in California

I understand that you guys increased the price which is fine BUT BURRITOS are small now. So increasing the price & making food quantity less is NOT at all right. So my employees are addicted to Alberto's, having office in Anaheim they go there all the time. We had a meeting in Corona office so we decided to get their favorite burritos. Everybody pointed out why six burritos came stuffed in 2 bags with so little salsa, secondly when they saw burritos were small, for thinking that they placed the wrong order not the carne asada burritos one of the employees checked the bill. The price was $3.xx more. So I heard my guy saying that it's okay today but high price and smaller food portions they're not going back again. Also one of the guy he noticed that the meat was more chewy and dry. So in total not enough salsa high price and smaller portions nobody was happy. I will check or the locations but again I don't think so this practice is going to work. If you increase the price that's fine but portion control is a big no no. We will not go to this location ever but I will still try because as I said my whole team was a big fan of Alberto's just before this incident. Normally this place is pretty on point but I got to say I'm very disappointed in them today I work right around the corner and I go there for lunch all the time today I went in place to order,a very simple order. I asked for chile verde burrito with no beans. I happen to be allergic to beans so it's a pretty big deal when somebody puts them in my food. So I wasted my half hour lunch driving there to pick it up and then driving back to take it back. I asked for a refund which they did give me but that was it. You would think for a customer that goes there multiple times a week they would be a little more apologetic about making the mistake possibly offer me a free meal next time, but they didn't do that they didn't hardly do anything. It's a little hole in the wall kind of a spot. The food is really good. First time we came about 3yrs ago, I rememnber getting sick, sad to say, probably old food... Tried it again recently, this is the 2nd time recently and it has been good. The prices are competitive, like my carne asada burrito is only $5.99, good size too, so worth a visit. I'll be coming back to give a few other dishes a try. Maybe give them a better score. Most people just pick up since it's small here. Lots of seating outside, but summers are hot.
