I used to go here when it was the Taco Stop. I didn't realize it had changed owners, but it was fantastic. The quality of the meat was very good. In the old days there was an extensive salsa bar - obviously impossible under covid, but the salsas that were available were fresh and very different from each other. Something for everyone. The prices can't be beat - 2 super tacos for $7, and not tiny street tacos for that price. The only thing I didn't like was that the chips that clearly came from one of those giant bags. Construction: 2/5 - sloppy construction and it was wrapped unevenly so my first 1/3 of the burrito was heavily tortilla
Distribution: 4/5 - good distribution, every bite has good amount of meat/bean/rice, etc.
Protein: 2/5 - pastor feels overcook/old. Doesn't really taste anything and it's chunky and dry
