I randomly found this place while looking for breakfast near my work.  Everyone seemed to rave about the strawberry croissant. I was a little hesitant because of the price.   I think it's like $8?  I figured it's Friday, and we all deserved a treat. The place was a little hard to find, but Google Maps got me there.  The parking was a little confusing because it's situated between businesses, and nothing was clearly marked. I walked in, and the place wasn't too big.  They had 2 display cases in an L shape.  It kind of worked in my favor because everything looked so good.   I wanted it all 😂.  I did well and purchased the strawberry croissants, pineapple coconut pastry, and biscotti. only.   I did see a huge double chocolate cookie, but I figured I'd save it for next time. The gentleman who took my order was super nice and patient with me.  It looked like they had a seating area, maybe for lunch?  I'm not too sure if it was part of the bakery or something else. 1.  Strawberry croissant - This is so pretty. It had the pink stripes that people mentioned.  It was crisp on the outside, but once you bite it, 🤯 and you hear angels singing,"Aahhh" 😇.  I didn't know what to expect but I had to take another bite to figure out what I was tasting. It was flaky and the filling,  I knew it was strawberry but it tasted like so much more.   I felt like it was passion fruit or guava with how creamy smooth it was.   This was definitely worth it.   I did not share mine,  I just wanted to savor each bite. 2.  Pineapple coconut pastry - Crispy snap when you bite into it.   You can taste the fresh bits of pineapple and hint of coconut. 3.  Biscotti - This was fresh and you can taste the almond and chocolate.   This goes perfect with coffee or tea. I can't wait to come back and try the cheese danish.

Honestly the best bakery I’ve been to!! My niece always buys from here and puts it on her Instagram and raves about it. So I thought let me give it a try! It was my best friends bday the next day, so I went online to order a custom cake and it wouldn’t let me choose pick up for the next day. I wasn’t sure why so I called in and asked why and they said it was because with custom cakes you have to order them 48 hours in advance. Disappointed with myself, the lady told me to hold on the phone for a minute to see if she can do something for me (as the cake I was ordering was the really small one 6x6). She came back to say we will make it happen for you no problem. I was so happy and grateful that they would do that for me, and have it ready early the next morning ! The cake was so beautiful and so delicious too!! Super fresh cream and strawberries and the cake part was super tasty ( not too sweet either)! I would highly recommend this place!!! from now on I will definitely be buying all my bday cakes and treats from here. And not to mention the service was amazing!

Cute welcoming entrance with beautiful roses which the gardeners were replacing with hydrangeas. They have a variety of pastries and desserts. The warmed chocolate croissant was soft, flaky and the melted chocolate was delicious. The Cafe Latte tasted too chocolatey and didn't taste like coffee at all. They serve baguette sandwiches which I didn't try as it was still early for lunch. They have a large sitting area inside to accommodate the businesses around especially the people working at the big Stanford University medical building across the street. Street parking so kinda difficult unless you park in the big garage across. Gave the 3 star rating because of the coffee. Otherwise, I'm sure the pastries and sandwiches are delicious.

I can't say enough good things about Cocola Bakery! Their customer service is exceptional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Tanylle (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!). She was at the front during my last visit and made the experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, took the time to go over their specialties, and made me feel so welcomed.

As for the pastries and coffee—delicious is an understatement. The quality is top-notch, and for those commenting on the price, let me just say: you truly get what you pay for. Everything is worth it. I even got my husband's birthday cake from here, and it was an absolute hit! Everyone raved about how amazing it tasted.

I highly recommend Cocola Bakery for anyone looking for great service and high-quality treats. It’s my go-to spot for indulgent...
