There was some type of mold or bacteria in my kids salad which looked like a maggot factory which I had to hope (to my child's dismay) would not end up of being a problem because the lettuce was a chunk of festering worm looking things and I am now at the hospital getting my kid checked for worms and I have no idea who would serve kids bacteria salads of maggots, but it's hard to see someone of making a salad not looking at it .. I will never trust another salad and ... I tried calling them and no one ever answered after several attempts on 2 different days. So, after an exhausting day of work, I drove back to this location and went inside to explain and kindly requested a refund. The manager was not on-site but the person they had come speak to me was very rude. As I was waiting for her, I noticed how unclean the dining area and kitchen was (grimy and in need of a deep clean).
