Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Leandro

Took like 20mins to go thru drive thru, they ran out of EVERYTHING we wanted to order (DOWN TO THE RANCH SAUCE). We settled for jack wraps & Chicken sandwich that the worker said at first he only had in spicy. I said no spicy, he responded with "okay regular". When I got my order the chicken and fries were burnt, and the wraps had spicy chicken in them that tasted like it was rinsed off to try and pass as regular. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next jackbox, it was so terrible that I didn't even want to go back and try to rectify my order and have to sit in line for another 20 or 30 minutes to just get the same horrible food. After reading other reviews- DEAR OWNER don't AI a response to me directing me to hey Jack.COM website, sounds to me like you just don't give a crap by your answers. Very bad experience today, 7/13/24, at around 7 am. I ordered 2 large French fries and chicken nuggets and proceeded to the paying and pickup window. The lady took my card and completed the transaction. She then handed me a bag, but when I looked inside, it contained only 1 French fries and the chicken nuggets. I asked her about the other fries, and she insisted that was what I ordered. She repeated my exact order but, upon realizing her mistake, told me she was busy and that I would have to go back around again to get my second fries. She was very arrogant and moody, which was evident in her tone and behavior. I felt so frustrated since I had the kids in the car waiting to eat. This message is fo the owners. We come here before dialysis because is convenient our house is next door. Today at 4.33am they are closed when this 24 hours. The girl there is at the lobby making trays and she is always closed i told her I already spoke to the the owner and she goes, "I just opened because of you " with a big attitude, it's her job!!! when she is not here and they are open.
