I usually always love my visits at Burger King but today was some of the rudest and worst service I have ever had . Me and my girlfriend went in for dinner and ordered our knew it was about 9:45 with them closing at 10 we got it for there and the people behind just wanted it for there and they said sorry we're going to be closed told him it had to be to go and then we sat there with ours along with seven other Burgers just sitting in the window with no other people inline sat there and waited for a good 10 to 12 minutes finally get our food on the trade the people behind this wanted there's on a trade and they said sorry we're closing and we sat down to eat before I could even get to my burger they came and said you guys need to finish up and go we're closing in 5 minutes had they not what made us wait 10 or 15 minutes we might have had sufficient time to eat but you should never rest the paying customer even if it's past 10 that is the rudest customer service I have ever had cuz the lady had an attitude about it when we were happy with having to go halfway through our meal that we had paid for to sit down and eat and then the lady sat there and argued with the other lady behind me about the policy and me being a restaurant manager let her know that I wanted to see the policy where it says the hurry up and make customers leave halfway...

This place through the four years that I've been here in Manteca has been horrible. The staff is slow, some are rude, and they almost always get something wrong with my order. I'm not customizing my orders but something as simple as getting of the right sauce is an error that I often encounter or no sauce at all. The app doesn't seem to work properly either as I keep getting these $1 Whopper Wednesday notices but it doesn't come up on the app and when I ask in the store about it no one knows what's going on and is of no help. The food is often cold and obviously not fresh. Have contacted corporate several times and they apologized and sometimes they refund my money and a couple of times I've asked them to let me know what the problem with the app is and they said they would get back to me on several topics and corporate never did so I'm happy to say I haven't been to Burger King in a long time and I will never go back to the...
Read moreOrdered the 2 for $4 MIX AND MATCH. Asked for one bacon and one sausage Croissant sandwich. They have us 2 cold sausage. Took those in and had to explain what MIX and MATCH means, as only respons we could get is "there is two Sausage in there". Finally got them to take one back and give us what we ordered, after being flat told they weren't gonna change it, and not only was the second sandwich also so cold that it could not melt the cheese, one piece of bacon had cold melted cheese stuck to it that was NOT the cheese they had just put on it, which means that it was bacon taken off another sandwich. Also never got a hello, thank you or even an apology for the mix up. Never got a receipt either. Wouldn't give us the store number nor the corporate phone nber to file a complaint either. And all this was dealing with the manager herself. With the obvious lack of care, customer relations and sanitary concerns (you don't take food that had been on one sandwich and put it on another.)
