Ordered a 4 pcs superstar kids meal with 2 chicken sandwiches and got a half drunken bottle of milk with seal missing. I know it wasn't the Uber Eats drivers fault because it was sealed tight so I called because it needed to be addressed that such a move was unsanitary and disgusting. After a third attempt from hearing just rings, a Hispanic woman picked up stating there wasn't a manager available and as soon as I heard her address the matter to whomever else was there, I here a click and the line drops. This isn't safe and what if it were the case of a kid not addressing it and gets very ill? Whether it be the distributors fault or restaurant, something has to be done differently

At the window, I asked for Honey Mustard and the person brings me regular mustard in a cup. So I say, I want hot mustard. So the person goes and gets her manager and manger proceeds to advise they do not have hot mustard. I spent 20 minutes explaining how better would be to have your servers share that information when ordering and she spent 25 minutes telling me I didn’t ask for hot mustard when placing my order.
