Always good for a quick bite! Service is great and the employees friendly, helpful, hard-working. I've never been dissappointed. The food is always hot and tasty. Burgers, chicken, or Mexican food you can't go wrong.

I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken meal. I was happy to dine in. Rarely being able to enjoy going out it was a nice break from the pandemic!

On another occasion I ordered the double western bacon cheeseburger. The onion rings and BBQ sauce certainly add to the flavor! I am happy the soda machine is serve yourself once again.

I am hoping we can be rid of this pandemic ASAP so that we can go back to the way things should be. I enjoyed it much better before. It was so much easier!

1/22/2023 I have been back on several occasions. Today I ordered #3: double western bacon cheeseburger. LOL! It isn't the only thing I order but I have to follow my urge when it overwhelms me. As usual the employees are well trained and attentive. The food was great! The place was clean as usual. This always includes the restrooms as well. I can always count on Carl's Jr. to satisfy my urge for fast food done right! I left happy and filled knowing I enjoyed a dinner done right.

One thing that bothers me is the lock on the restroom. Of course everywhere you go the restroom is locked! I don't see that changing. I remember a time when this was not the case. It is a bit frustrating when there is an...

Had bought a large combo with a burger and some sides had asked for freshly done...which they didn't do , the burger was all saggy the fries warm not freshly done the chicken stars rock hard the jalapeño burger saggy...called in and spoke to Michelle and she said they would replace my entire meal...which I said cool, since it's there mistake it's only right to replace everything since the value of foo was nasty.... So I go in today and SUSANA WAS SO SUPER RUDE RAISING HER VOICE AT ME AFTER I TOLD HER THE MICHELLE SAID MY FOOD THE I ORDER WAS GOING TO REPLACE, SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE IF I WAS LYING, EVERYTHING THE WAS ON MY RECEIPT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE REPLACE WHICH I THOUGH BECAUSE MICHELLE HAD TOLD ME SO, BUT APPARENTLY JUST THE BURGER AND THE CHICKEN STARS . Went through the drive through and noticed I was missing my daughter's kids meal. Sent my 9 year old son in with our receipt to ask for the kids meal. The women, Lorena C (per the receipt) was very rude to him and told him we already had it. He came out upset because of the way he was spoken to and told me what was said. I went in with him and the 1 bag of food we were given and showed the receipt again and asked for our kids meal. The same women glared at me, went to the heat lamp area where our missing kids meal was clearly ready and waiting, grabbed it and slammed it down in front of me. She turned away and didn't say a single word. No "I'm sorry". Nothing. We did nothing to deserve to be treated that way. Especially my 9 year old son. They don't answer the phone there, so you can't even call to speak to a manager....
