Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in California

I was so excited to find there was a Chipotle Mexican grill so near my home. I usually order my burritos from El Pollo loco. But they're so far away to drive by to pick up. So I excitedly downloaded the Chipotle app and immediately ordered a chicken burrito with avocado.

I drove the short distance to this Chipotle and used the drive-thru to conveniently pick up my burrito.

Unfortunately, this Chipotle has a very poorly trained staff who does not know how to make a simple burrito. They placed the beans on one end of the burrito, then the rice in the center of the burrito and the chicken on the other end of the burrito... Really?

I'm so disappointed to know that I do not have a nearby location to get a decent burrito. Maybe the other Chipotle grills are different, but this one is one to...

I see why yall got 2.8 stars. STOP PUTTING ALL THAT DAMN SALT AND LIME ON THE CHIPS!!!!! I can’t even enjoy the chips and queso cuz the chip taste like salt and lime. It’s too overpowering. You don’t need to do all that like my GOD. Better dont put no salt on the chips. Let us make that decision cuz that’s too damn much. And I paid for DOUBLE CHICKEN on the app and I opened up the bowl and it wasn’t. That bowl was so pathetic and flat. I will be back probably tomorrow and it will be remade FOR FREE because I SAID SO and because you did not give me what I paid an extra $5 and some change for. I never played like that. Maybe fire the whole staff and get people that actually...

Used the app to order for pick up in the Chipotlane - picked up 1 min before my requested pick up time (I had an errand to run on the way), drove less than 5 min home and found they had shorted me the side of guacamole that I ordered and the food was stone cold. Used the chatbot in the app to let them know about the missing item - they "gifted" me a "free" side of guacamole that I have to redeem in three days. When I tried to let them know about the food being cold, the chatbot said they had already addressed my complaint and it ended the chat. I would have limited my "stay away" rating to this location only, but now I'm inclined to stay away from any Chipotle...
