Walked in store at 22:43 ( 17 minutes before store closed). Not crowded like last time, less than 5 customers . Ordered 6pack from menu, 2 white cashiers told me ( I am Asian) I have to take the corner old cold box of 6 pack rolls . I don’t understand why they can not give me the fresh warm rolls from their table. They have at least 30 fresh baked rolls and it’s almost store closing time. What’s the point give customers old cold cinnamon rolls in the corner and then throw fresh warm ones to trash bin after store closed? I just don’t understand this logic. I have a 9 years old kid spent whole day at universal studios Hollywood and wanted warm rolls to eat. If this is during daytime store just opened or have 20 customers behind me waiting for individually warm rolls then totally make sense. You give customers nice warm rolls will help your businesses, they will come back buy more. Normal business way is sell warm fresh rolls to customers instead of throwing good ones to trash bin and force customers...
Read moreHorrible, we have always enjoyed Cinnabuns...But our experience at Universal Studios Hollowood has made it difficult to say that I still fill the same way. I understand how corporations and franchise establishments work. I also know and understand how customer service should and shouldn't be handles. I believe that if you have a policy concerning the distribution of Cinnabuns you should have these policies written down for all to see. Cold or hot Cinnabuns does not call for your staff to sit up and have a aurgument with customers. I was a customer in line that over heard one of your customers stating what he wanted and even stood in the line for a little over 30 min to be served. He was not able to be served due to your so called policies that were not written for the public to view. In the future if you have such policies concerning how you disturate your product it...
Read moreThe Universal City Walk Cinnabon needs to get it together. It's not like it's in some janky strip-mall-- it's at Universal Hollywood! They didn't have any of the drinks advertised but one (the only non-dairy one.. they "ran out of the dairy stuff" to make the others) and had baked enough Rolls and Center of Rolls to feed an army.. so they just sit there, cold and stale until you come in. Got a few orders for some NBC writers with a sweet tooth and had to start texting everyone that what they wanted (drink wise) was unavailable. Also "the manager hadn’t trained them yet in how to make the specialty drinks" advertised on the website. Bring your own drink holder if you're getting more than one drink for the office because they also ran out of those. (Note: they don't close at 4:30pm like advertised on here. They close around 8pm/8:30pm.) Seriously, get...
