Denny's — Restaurant in California

It was a wonderful expericense everytime i visit. Vary friendly servis and they actually get my order correct at this location. First time i didnt have to send my food back. I love the fact that they dont forget about you and check on you often and they even refill my drink before i have to ask. Pretty much they have common sence, well now adays common sence isnt so common. But you can tell the workers are proud of there service and try to make you feel cared about and its the first dennys ive been too that i didnt feel rushed at all. I nevr leave tips unless the person deserves it and they definatly got a tip from me 😆 aspecally theres this sweet hispanic laidy there and shes just the sweetest women in the world! Dennys if you care about good and loyal employees dont let this laidy go because good servise is vary hard to find now a days. And frankly when i walk into resturants they assume im either there to dine and dash because im in my 20s and have tattoos but i am not a thief and i cant stand when people assume that im there to rip them off.... This dennys didnt treat me thst way at all they were vary friendly and vary helpful. And ill be a returning customer for a vary long time aspecally is that vary nice laidy is working. She made me and my girlfriend feel vary welcome and not judged. I wish i remembered the watresses name because she was so sweet! Next time i go ill remember to...

The place had a welcoming atmosphere. We had no waiting, the place was clean, the service was friendly and fast. The lady waiting on 12 tables was working alone because they had a call in. Although she was working alone, she was fast and was so good at doing many things at one time. Even with her hustling around, she still always had a smile and was so friendly and apologized continuously for taking so long. She didn't need to apologize because we had better service this morning with her than any other restaurants that had 3 workers for 12 tables. Dennys is lucky to have a waitress like her. She deserved the 40% tip. The food and coffee were so good also. Bathrooms were clean, and they have handicapped parking and entrance. WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE AT THE CASTAIC, CA DENNY’S #7618 (I-5 exit 176B). Sparkling clean, new feeling and spacious, we were seated and served by a gracious (and beautiful) lady named Leticia, who was very attentive, pleasant and did not miss one detail in our orders. Condiment bottles were full and so clean they looked new. Coffee was served in new looking (but original logo’d) Denny’s mugs which we haven’t seen in years. 55+ Breakfast Portions size was generous and appreciated (twice the menial amount we got at several other Denny’s locations during our recent vacation in San Diego) and the quality of the food was excellent! I almost never write reviews, but (frankly) exceptional service, quality and value are rarely found these days. Leticia and her co-workers deserve our 5 star rating. You should check it out….
