Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in California

Absolutely unacceptable service – avoid this location at all costs!

On the night of June 18th, 2025 at 10 PM, I called this restaurant at CORPORATE IN LADERA RANCH to place a delivery order. I was told I could only order online, which I did immediately. However, my order never arrived, and I received no call or update regarding the status of it.

The following morning, I tried contacting the store multiple times, but they either ignored the calls or hung up as soon as they saw my number. Out of frustration, I called again using a private number, and suddenly someone answered—the same woman who took my order the night before. (Truth or both she said her name is sally) She seemed surprised and claimed she had been “busy cooking” and couldn’t answer the phone. She then rudely told me the order had been “left at the door in the morning,” without offering any apology or explanation.

Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed another manager and made it clear she wasn’t interested in fixing the issue. This was not the first time I’ve had problems with this location—the first time, they delivered cold pizza, and now this.

This kind of service is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to customers. I highly recommend avoiding this branch entirely. There are far better pizza places that actually care about their customers and deliver what...

I don’t know about anyone else but I have had my credit card number stolen twice when ordering from this place. First time was 4 months ago when I ordered pizza online from this location. Within an hour I got a confirmation of a purchase of a big screen TV from OverStock. So I stop ordering from them for a while. Then I ordered again but this time elected to pay by credit card at the store as I figured someone may have hacked their website. Well sure enough the following day I noticed a gasoline purchase from Chevron from Glendale in my credit card statement. I am glad I checked as I was hesitant to use my credit card at this location anyway. No my advice to everyone is if you are gong to order, just pay cash at this location. I am waiting to hear from a manager or someone from corporate as I suspect they aren’t aware...

It has been a while since we ate dominos, so we decided to give it a shot after a birthday party. We ordered 3 pizzas and wings. It actually was fairly decent! Unfortunately hours later in the middle of the night, almost all of us got food poisoning. It was quite bad and lasted several days. We had to throw away our leftovers and i called dominos to explain what happened but their customer service is terrible. I saw others left similar comments. I called 4 or 5 times over a week and never got resolution. If I even got an answer, I was told that I needed to talk to a supervisor. It appears supervisors don’t work there because they were never present and only called me back once but told me they didn’t have the authority to help.
