Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Ladera Ranch

I normally dread coming to the ladera center in general and was just craving a cobb salad that i haven’t had in so long and i was in the area so i stopped by It was such a comforting experience walking into the building, I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Caroline who took my order who i’ve seen before and i’m still surprised she’s in training. Anyways after that i had a pleasant conversation with another one of the employees names Faith and talked with me until miss Caroline brought over my food. too nice of her

I had an amazing experience at this location today, and it was all thanks to the manager, May.

When the 10-year-old I care for placed a mobile order for 6 EXTRA chicken sandwiches by mistake (thinking they were sides of ketchup), I wasn’t sure how to handle it or if I should even say anything because it was our fault completely. The order was ready to go at the counter when I noticed the $65 charge on the receipt.

However, May went above and beyond to help us out. Instead of leaving us high and dry, she adjusted our order total and made everything right. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out to us, and we appreciate her willingness to turn an unfortunate situation into a positive experience.

Overall, May is a star employee at Chic Fil-A, and they are lucky to have her on their team. We are regulars and order weekly so it meant a lot that she took care of us when she could’ve easily shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry”.

We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for the best nuggs, sammies, and topcustomer...

I really love the chick fil a food! I came here a few days ago and it was a pleasureable expericance. I went a few times already and it went perfectly! They Got my food to me so fast! I was amazed by how the food came to me so quick! I went there with my friend! He enjoyed the food! I got a 12 piece nuggets and a spicy deluxe and my friend got the regular deluxe with a milkshake he said it was key word "bussin" I dont know what it means you know i dont understand what this kids say these days but i guess it was keyword "bussin" too! MMMM I love the feeling of eating the spicy deluxe. I like the feeling of the warm chicken patty and the tomato and lettuce. Thank you for serving me I love the food here.... God Bless...
