Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in California

Would rate zero stars if that was an option. Horrible customer service. Never do business with a that does not care about customers. Had called and placed order. Gave my number and address and placed order. Only thing was missing was payment form and call signal got lost. Called back was put on hold for half an hour. Finally get through to person that originally helped me who remembers me. I asked why no call simple call back to complete order. Response showed they did not care. Asked for manager was placed on hold for another 10 minutes. Finally get a response. This time avoiding me talking to manager. Spoke to same assistant manager that showed me why his employee had the horrible customer service. No longer will do business with this Domino's. Surprised they are still open...

I LOVE this Domino’s… let me tell you anytime I have ordered pizza from there and messed up an order… I called them and they fix my order immediately. They are very fast, they always pick up the phone. The pizza tastes good.

Sometimes I have little kid events and ask them to cute the slices smaller so there no waste… they are very friendly and always ask if we need plates or napkins, cheese, crushed red pepper etc. I’ve gone to multiple locations in Santa Clarita and this one is the best.

They always mention specials they have going on and they are very appreciative of...

Last Friday my grandson and his classmates were traveling from Bakersfield to Huntington Beach to attend their formal dance. They were all dressed up and traveling on a bus. Unfortunately, the bus broke down and they were sitting in Castaic waiting for new transportation. The Domino’s Pizza saw our stranded students and immediately sprang into action and delivered lots of pizzas to our teenagers. What a wonderful and kind gesture!!!!! It was greatly appreciated not only by the students but also by the worried parents and grandparents. ...
