The Breakfast Sandwiches on a bagel are delicious. Especially on the Everything and the Garlic Bagels. My favorite combo is to skip the egg and double the meat, and toasted. I would drive a long way to get them, they are that good.

I appreciate the fact that you can get them later in the day too. Like two in the afternoon for those of us that are not morning people. ;) Then we don't miss out.

I am not a huge fan of the actual donuts, coffee or sandwiches; but the bagels are addicting. If you haven't tried them yet, you are in for a treat.

Normally - a fave. The regular gentleman in the mornings (dark hair ponytail) is always so great. But the other gentleman (younger, wearing a champion sweatshirt) was a bit rude when I simply inquired about the dill on the lox bagel. I asked him about it and he clapped back a little. I pointed to the picture and writing above and he was kind of rude/short while saying, we don’t have it - they need to change it. Like, how could I have dared asked him?! I don’t know, not a great experience. The egg in the croissant must have been microwaved quite a bit because it ended up a little chewy and husband’s bagel was burnt. i don’t even mind the 30-minute drive from escondido. this place is incredible, and i recommend it to everyone. easily the best donut i’ve ever had — and i’ve tried plenty. they also bake fresh bread, croissants, and bagels daily. the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel or croissant is to die for.

they also make sandwiches with freshly sliced boar’s head meats — a detail that proves they care about quality.
