Subway — Restaurant in Poway

We ordered a salad yesterday morning and after we placed the order I called this Sub Way to ask for the salad dressing be put on the side as I was unable to locate an "instruction" tab to add that info when ordering. I also asked for extra lettuce and spinach. I told told "no problem."

The salad was the worst quality and quantity we have ever received. There was BARELY any lettuce or spinach and it appeared that a small handful of all other ingredients requests were literally thrown in to the salad bowl in piles.... UGH - It was a very very small salad.

AND we had a couple for a free 20 oz Free Drink with this purchase. We were told that the coupon was not valid unless we walked in and ordered in person.... However no where ono the coupon does it say that info it says "Redeemable at participating restaurants" and you would think during this Pandemic on-line orders would be preferred.

This was a very disappointing visit................ and we frequent Sub...

I ordered online to the this store. I didn’t see my order and I asked for it. There was a white lady who told me she is the manager told me there is no order. I showed my online receipt, but she said there is no order on my name so she can’t do nothing. I showed her the order number and my receipt, but she screamed to me again and she said I didn’t submit the order, but she didn’t even know what is online order and what is online receipt. I showed her the receipt again which was showing I have paid for the order. Then she found the order receipt, the other employee took the receipt and didn’t make my order. She was so upset to the other employee and to me. She told me that she is not gonna make my order next time if she sees my name on it. She is gonna talk to boss and she is not gonna serve me next time. She doesn’t has right to...

05/08/2023 9:00 am - I ordered two sandwiches on-line and requested Wheat bread on one of our sandwiches and when I arrived to pick up my order I was told that they were out of all bread except and that the ONLY bread available was the Italian Herb/Cheese bread - That is unacceptable at 9:00 am in the morning ! Now, had I not arrived early to pick up my order, the employee already assumed that it was okay to change the bread because the sandwich was already being made - and possibly wouldn't have even been told. UNACCEPTABLE and even more frustrating I didn't like the Italian Herb/Cheese bread -after all.
