El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in California

The service is bad. The employee made an honest mistake. I wanted an over stuff qustedilla and got a regular quesadilla. I asked for a chick avocado burrito . I got a chipotle burrito. I asked the guy to change it no problem . The acting manager on the clock made this situation complicated and made things worse. Shes was aggressive and rude. She wanted me to pay the difference and i didnt mind. However, it was clearly their mistake. I asked if they can just fix my oder and just switch the items. The acting manager said i had to to pay the difference and to get in back of the line after waiting along time for my food. It was a hassle and i did not want to argue with her. I ended up paying. As i was paying with another employee to fix the issue . The Manager intervenes again and was rude to the cashier. The casiher had it under control. The seasoning is the same as any of the other Pollo Locos but it tastes so much better because you get your food way faster than any other location. This one is new, so it might just be that factor going for it, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts. There's no drive-thru so you have to get out of your car to order your food, and there's a pandemic going on so you can't eat your food there, but the service is fast and friendly. Look for coupons every so often in the mail to get sweet deals on family meals or any other stuff they sell. In case you didn't know, their pinto beans have a little kick to them from jalapeño or some other chili pepper. They are delicious beans, but you or anyone else you are feeding might not be...

If I can give this a 0 star man I would. This place is really rude not only has this place been rude for us receiving the wrong order the co-manager was giving us attitude and the worker that attended us knew that we wanted the Double Chicken Avocado Tostada and yet proceeded to laugh at us when her co-manager was blaming us for ordering wrong.
