Arrived to deliver a Hazmat load, checked in with Receiving on the right and was instructed to proceed to the security gate. All hazmat must go through security gate. After going through the security gate I was instructed to park on the left and "wait for someone to come to you." I ended up checking into another receiving office and they didn't know I had arrived. After about ten minutes a person came out and I was unloaded asap.

This is a pretty cool place. Although the loading bays and scales are a little tight, the receivers are cool, and helpful. Sometimes it can get pretty busy, but the vibes here are typically chill.

There is never any1 inside the shipping & receiving office i got here 10-15-21 @ 02:30p.m & was told my load wouldn't be ready until 09:00p.m i only had 2 hrs left on my drive clock so since they dont have over night parking i went to love's... I woke up at 04:00am & got to Crystal Creamery around 04:15 STILL NOBODY AT THE SHIPPING & RECEIVING OFFICE... I ask an employee if he could help me find some1 & he laughed as if to say there is never any1 in this office... He then told me to go inside upstairs to see if the manager could help me... The manager was very rude & unprofessional i was told we will get with u later... My trailer is loaded & all im waiting on is paper work & THE...

Wow what nice people here at this shipper! Very refreshing! I'm driving my semi around rather lost as to where the shipping office is and I get help from an employee Javier. He directs me to shipping and check in. Then the check in guy Raphael is also helpful! Great energy and happy smiling people. I was loaded up early quickly and efficiently! I wish all shippers were this nice...
