There is never any1 inside the shipping & receiving office i got here 10-15-21 @ 02:30p.m & was told my load wouldn't be ready until 09:00p.m i only had 2 hrs left on my drive clock so since they dont have over night parking i went to love's... I woke up at 04:00am & got to Crystal Creamery around 04:15 STILL NOBODY AT THE SHIPPING & RECEIVING OFFICE... I ask an employee if he could help me find some1 & he laughed as if to say there is never any1 in this office... He then told me to go inside upstairs to see if the manager could help me... Arrived to deliver a Hazmat load, checked in with Receiving on the right and was instructed to proceed to the security gate. All hazmat must go through security gate.

After going through the security gate I was instructed to park on the left and "wait for someone to come to you." I ended up checking into another receiving office and they didn't know I had arrived.
