Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Modesto

An employee is only as good as it's manager. This store is in dire need of help. 3 cars in front of me and the drive thru dead stopped.. not moving at all. 10 min. I pulled out and go in. I am ignored at the counter for 6 more minutes. Watching employees look lost I decide it may not be a good idea to eat here. Ask for the manager and tada she is running the grill. And looks lost. She directs the shift manager to speak with me. I don't complain to the help. I asked for a manager. Who is now ducking and peeking over the shelf. REALLY? I'm working on 20 min now I have not been able to place an order. Did I mention NO ONE was in front of me at the counter? I catch her peeking at me again get eye contact and explain she needs to speak with me. Or I am going to get VERY loud. She says 1 minute and I start explaining.... Loudly since she will not come out. That the drive thru is not moving and I have been trying to place an order at the counter now for 10 min. WILL NOT RETURN HERE. Can not...

So here's the scenario. I had a huge toothache and hadn't eaten in a few days. We pull up and order. I ordered the Munchie meal with the extreme sausage because i figured it would be soft enough to enjoy. I opened my box when i got home only to find the fries were missing and tasted old as if they'd been sitting too long. The eggs in the sandwich were way over cooked and soaked in a dark grease. The sandwich was gross so i pulled the eggs out and tried to finish but couldn't because i became extremely sick to my stomach. My wife ate some of the egg and also became sick. I didn't throw up but definitely dry heaved multiple times. Not the place to go if your starving. It's obvious the griddle needs to be cleaned. Highly disappointed is an understatement. I will never go back! I went through the drive thru about 8:10am on a Tuesday. The person who took my order was very hard for me to understand. At times I think she was speaking another language. She was rude & lacked even the social skills of a dog. She used terms like, "huh?" & "wut you want?" She repeated my order, (2 items) & I replied, "Yes, that will be all." I sat & waited for her to tell me how much it would be, but she never told me. At the window the person never made eye contact with me, and did not even turn her head in my direction when she stated my total.
